    The two stars are mostly because Dennis Dillon Kia was able to deliver us our long-awaited 2021 Telluride back in September. Everything else was mediocre and customer service continues to decline with every interaction since then. To begin, information about financing was incorrect, follow-up was non-existent and it took me several attempts to finally get in touch with someone regarding the warranty we paid for and what services we were entitled to. I noticed several reviews pointed out that once they have your money, the tune changes and their interaction with the customer diminishes and I have to completely agree. I don't regret the purchase that we made, simply disappointed with everything about this dealership after our purchase. Be prepared to do all the follow-up after your purchase because they do not (like some else wrote, "it is impossible to contact them in terms of asking questions").

    I had a very disappointing experience with Subaru of Boise…read more I emailed inquiring about a 2026 Subaru Forester listed at MSRP of $41,500, explaining that I was interested in one vehicle now and another in about a year and a half for my other child, to keep things fair. I was upfront, serious about buying, and simply asked whether there was any flexibility on price. The sales representative, Noah, immediately seemed put off that I even asked about a discount. He offered to show "invoice pricing," and when I pointed out--accurately--that dealership invoice pricing does not reflect the dealership's true end cost, the conversation went downhill. I requested that he speak with his GM or sales manager to see if anything could be done. After some back-and-forth, instead of continuing a normal negotiation, I was told that Subaru of Boise would not do business with me at all. I am just a customer asking questions and trying to make a large purchase (actually two). As a result of this interaction, Subaru of Boise has now lost the potential of approximately $83,000 in sales across two vehicles. Being shut down completely for attempting to negotiate was unprofessional and unnecessary. If Subaru of Boise is only interested in customers who don't ask questions or discuss pricing, that should be made clear upfront. Unfortunately, this experience ensured I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Josiah was super knowledgeable about the car and features. He was not pushy at all. Very nice relatable and honest. Just a genuine guy. He didnt try to sell himself or the car. He just answered my questions told me about the features. He just educated us. It was great! Scott the sales manager who ran the numbers, he came out and spoke to us. He didnt hide in an office.     2 Stars because my sales lady was worth 5, but the dealer is not…read more Expect great service from the actual sales people but don't expect to be valued as a customer by management. Went to check out a used car, test drove it, but wanted to get I inspected and it was after hours for shops. Told my sales lady I'd find a place and be back as soon as they opened the next morning. Got an appointment booked and I'm on the way out the door to the dealer when I was told by the sales lady her GM said I could no longer take the vehicle to get inspected because someone was coming in to look at it. Mind you I'm sitting in my car about to drive there as I'm being told this. I 100% would've been there before this other person. I call back a few hours later to get a status update and THAT PERSON WAS TAKING IT FOR AN INSPECTION NOW. Was basically told to kick rocks by the GM, idk if it was his family member or buddy or something but the GM cost his sales lady a sale and I will definitely not be doing business here with any of my future purchases.
