Love, love, love Georgina and her team- this review is overdue! We hired her over 10 years ago…read morewhich she made the process so smooth and easy considering we have a gap of distance to meet in person. There was some urgency to have matters done and we were prepped very well with what was needed to make the visit an effective one to cover all basis. She spent hours with us, no pressure, no rush, no hesitation to assist. I know for a fact that after we left her with a lot of information, the task to completion was a lot of work and handled the business on the backend without needing us again. So organized and clear throughout the whole process made us feel at ease and secure. Not to long ago, we hired her to amend my parents Trust that was done by another attorney over 20 years ago. Here's the plus++ she is bilingual which is my parents preference to communicate in Spanish. This time we met via zoom and it made things just as good as our first visit. Everything was registered through county quick and records were updated seamlessly with no issue or concern. Georgina and her firm are top notch, professional and serving with grace to their clients. I have referred them to family and friends with confidence. Any service needed will be handled with the TLC required case by case!

When we asked for a referral to another attorney she said she couldn't suggest one. She Said look on yelp!! very unprofessional. Didn't even have the decency to call us. She had her secretary tell us after we called to inquire about our case.

He listened carefully while I talked, then asked me a few questions to clarify a few things. After that he presented options as to how I could proceed. He was very generous with his time and talent. He is a great representative for Chung & Ignacio, LLP. I have put their number in my speed dial. Thanks Ed C

I knew it was too good to be true…read more During my consultation with Carlo Ignacio in the spring, he made me feel that he genuinely cared about his clients and wanted the best for them. I even asked him if he had handled cases as complicated as mine, and he assured me that he dealt with situations like mine all the time. Things seemed to be going well at first. He sent the necessary letters he recommended, and I appreciated that he never pressured us. Fast-forward to the summer, when I needed to get in touch with Carlo. I went a week and a half without hearing back from him. After sending five emails politely asking whether he still wanted to handle my case, and explaining that I would understand if he no longer wished to continue, he finally called me back and said, "I'm alive! What's the update?" As my situation continued to worsen, more letters were sent, and I continued to trust that I had someone in my corner. Fast-forward to now. I reached out to Carlo for guidance after receiving yet another harassing email over the weekend. I explained that I could no longer tolerate the ongoing harassment and threats. Once again, I received no response for a week. It has now been three weeks, and I still have not received a call back. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and the feeling that my concerns no longer mattered. What makes this especially frustrating is that Carlo had previously referred to my mother as "mom" and said he would give us a deal because he felt bad about our family situation. I appreciated that gesture and believed there was genuine compassion behind it. All I expected in return was basic professionalism, respect, and the courtesy of an honest conversation. If my case was too difficult or he no longer wanted to represent me, all he had to do was tell me directly. Ultimately, though, this experience turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I found a much better attorney who actively fights for his clients and follows through on his commitments. If he says he will call me back after court or a meeting, he does. I am finally making progress and moving forward in a way I wish I had been able to do much sooner. To be fair, Carlo's strengths are his letter writing and reasonable pricing, including his retainer fee. However, his major weakness, in my experience, is communication. When you are dealing with an already stressful and complicated situation, being unable to reach your attorney only adds to the anxiety and frustration. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. Reasonable fees are appreciated, but communication, reliability, and follow-through are just as important when choosing an attorney. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering Carlo Ignacio to make sure they understand his communication practices before moving forward.
