One time when I tried to discuss it with a driver, he almost ran me over. In the pursuing conversations with Rumpke supervisors, I was told not to speak with drivers because they are "not trained in customer service." Now once again, service personnel are refusing to take my recycling (three cardboard boxes and three plastic bottles), because they're not in a Rumpke can (they're in a separate green can clearly marked 'Recycling') despite my city paying for us to use cans beyond Rumpke's. Rumpke is bad value for what I pay in taxes, and we need more waste removal companies to break this arrogant monopoly.

Would seem that my contract is a 5 day rental. You leave it sit and on day 7 over night people throw shit in it. Worst customer service ever. The woman I spokenwith said they would get it first thing in the morning so no one can put trash in it and now here we are 9 days later. Screw the customer but atleast they got there money.

I was very happy with 12 Stones service. I was referred to this company by another mold remediation…read morecompany that I found before getting in touch with 12 Stones . I had both companies come out and quote me , go over treatment plans and options. Brett impressed me with his knowledge and experience and I decided to go with his company instead. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He took time to educate me on how the mold occurs and how I can prevent it in the future from reoccuring. We have a very old home with a stone foundation and crawl spaces and my husband and I didnt understand how we even got the mold in our basement . He was very detailed in his treatment plan and and had it all tackled and taken care of in one workday . He came back a couple days later to run the test and we were mold free ! Would for sure recommend him to anyone who needs mold remediation and should I ever need it again , I hope I never will , but if I did , we would for sure call 12 Stones again !
