When I arrived they didn't take my insurance (even after asking me over the phone what insurance I had). Bottom line, I took the day off work to see a doctor and that never happened. My kids see Dr. Pachon here who we love which is the reason for the two stars. Other than that - the reception staff is incompetent and made making a quick appointment so complicated and annoying.
