Deciding to move across country from LA to Miami, I was plagued with the task of landing an…read moreapartment site unseen in a limited timeframe. I browsed online to gain an idea of the types of apartments available for my budget but after seeing multiple listings with the same photos and different addresses, I was spooked and immediately sought professional assistance in Marcela. Given the pressure I placed upon myself with a last minute move, I was happy to have an experienced realtor on my side. Marcela was a great asset, not only because of her real estate access but also because she understood my situation and understood there was no room for error nor delay! After discussing my requirements for a South Beach apartment, Marcela sent over select listings via an online portal, which also gives access to all of the listings for the area. I was thankful for the listings she selected but decided to look through the 214 available listings to ensure I found the absolute best option. Having the freedom to leave no stone unturned, creating notes viewable by Marcela via the portal, and feeling informed of every possibility was an empowering experience. With lofty goals, of the 214 listings, only 1 listing fit my criteria. Discovering the unicorn listing was a blessing, but I knew we had to act quickly. Within hours of notifying Marcela, she video chatted me from the apartment, and confirmed it was as beautiful as it's photos. Immediately after, she prepared and submitted my offer! Within 72 hours of discovering the apartment, I was approved, and a major weight was lifted off of my shoulders. Without the help of Marcela, I truly don't believe I would have such an exceptional result. She's extremely professional, diligent, charismatic, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and compassionate. I am overjoyed with my new South Beach apartment, and some days I wake up believing I'm in a dream. My move was minimally stressful, and I give all thanks to Marcela for being an extraordinary realtor!

To Whom it May Concern:…read more Just wanted to let you know how great Trisha is as a realtor. She was someone who was very very patient (especially with my picky tastes), was always very diligent to the point where she came out three times to show me the property in one day!! Anytime I had a question I was able to reach out to her and would receive a reply. She was expedient in terms of preparing documentation. I gotta tell you that coming in from another state with out a home is a VERY Scary experience especially when you dont know anyone (you just dont know who might take advantage, etc.) and have small children and to be able to work with someone like Trisha Rosario was TRULY A BLESSING! Additionally, I had the opportunity to interact with different realtors whom were quite frankly lazy, wouldn't get the job done which meant that the property that I had an interest in had offers already submitted and as a result, my application would not even get considered. One realtor showed up 1 hour late and as he was showing the property not only did he not try to sell the property...but his demeanor was clear....He did NOT want to be there! Trisha made it easy to talk about which properties would meet my needs and took the responsibility on herself to ensure that the properties we viewed were in a safe and secure location. Trisha even went to the extent of sending me neighborhood information and information about family activities that she thought I might be interested in :-) I'm telling you she is AMAZING which words cannot describe ....if a 5 star rating is the max that can be given...I wouldn't even give her that ...I would give her 100 stars...I would definitely recommend Valle realty (10525 NW 31 Ct., Sunrise Fl 33351) and above all always ask for Trisha Rosario You Will Not Be Dissapointed! When my family (have family coming from NY whom are interested in buying peoperty) and I buy our first home...you will be the one we call! Best Wishes and Many Blessings to you and your family :-) Respectfully, Deyanira

From the moment I contacted Jennifer, she was incredibly helpful, accommodating, encouraging, and professional. The property I was purchasing was a highly sought-after listing with multiple competing offers. Although I am a licensed Realtor myself, I do not practice full-time because I am also a teacher, so I am not always up to date on the latest forms and procedures required when submitting contracts. What impressed me most was Jennifer's willingness to help me navigate the process every step of the way. Even though she would be sharing the commission with me, she went far beyond what most Realtors would do. In a market where many agents are often reluctant to provide assistance when they are not receiving the full commission, Jennifer's generosity, professionalism, and integrity truly stood out. Her assistant, Felipe Deupi, was equally exceptional. He was patient, responsive, and consistently available to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed to move the transaction forward smoothly. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a stressful process much easier. Throughout the entire transaction, Jennifer and Felipe treated me like family. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine desire to help never wavered. Thanks to their support, what could have been an overwhelming experience became a successful and enjoyable one.
