Hello everyone! Please, stay away from this company. I had…read morethe worst experience in my life so far. First of all, it seems like they don't know even basic information about real state! Secondly , realtors are not doing their job properly. I had a chance to work with a lady whose name is Stella. At the end I just lost 1300$ and she made me guilty. They literally tried to put so much pressure on me by treatment... Will never advise this company to anybody Thank you

OMG where to start, these people are by far the worst of the worst. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE…read moreONE, I WOULD. They come off nice enough but they are nasty sneaky greedy and underhanded. I placed a deposit for a rentaL unit, I was told I would not have to pay an application fee with them but I would to pay the condominium's rental application fee. I agreed. I also had two additional adult occupants. I paid Branny, the rental agent, the security deposit per her request. However, the agent, BRANNY BENYAIR, was so terrible at communicating, and the lease she wanted me to sign was very misleading. For example, she did not want to include that the security deposit was already paid nor did she want to include the utilities bills such as water and cable was included in the rent. She tells me these facts didn't need to be included in the lease because all parties already know these things.... ummmm I don't care if Jesus, trump and Barack Obama know it, I want it in writing and in the lease ! She actually gets upset i want it in the lease because I should trust her LOL! I offer to re-draft her lease bEcause I have prior exPerience. I give it to her and then she disappears again. She neglected to tell me the owner denied it, because that would mean she'd have to return my deposit! I'm unaware of the owners denial but I i realize the lackkof communication and HEr aggressiveness was a deal breaker. So I finally say I no longer want the apartment. She says if you back out now you forfeit a part of your deposit ( mind you I didn't know oWner had already ddenied the application) I telL her I disagRee, because I was unaware of this stipulation. I ask for her supervisor. A woman named Stella calls and was about as unprofessional as she. She tells me i am lying... I'm appalled at this point. She tells me she will minus from my deposit $100 per aPplicant, for a total of $300. I tell her I was the Only applicant, only I work and only I'm listed as the applicant. She says theerre were 2 other adults, and they are being considered applicants. I tell her that's incredibly unfair. She hangs up. Sends my dePosit minus $300.... ****RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE**** they are bad people, they will steal from you if the opportunity arises. I hardly WRITE reviews but this is a PSA!!!

Her pricing and marketing strategy was spot-on and resulted in a full-ask offer within just three weeks of going live-during the beginning of the holiday season, no less. They hosted two open houses, coordinated numerous private showings, and executed a thoughtful marketing plan that truly worked. Patty's guidance throughout the process, from preparing the home and taking photos all the way through closing, was invaluable. Patty and Chris were both extremely supportive every step of the way and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and organized. Selling a home after 20 years of raising kids and making memories is an emotional rollercoaster, and they handled everything with care, patience, and empathy. Even after closing, they checked in on me as I relocated and recommended a moving company they've used in the past, which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. Patty and Chris work beautifully as a team, and I truly could not imagine going through this experience with anyone else. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier, luxury-level service and genuine people who truly care about their clients.

Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
