Wow! Where do I begin....First and foremost I can not recommend Debbie enough! She made herself available on short notice to do viewings, was very knowledgeable on everything and taught me a lot about the home buying process. Long story short....I was a first time home buyer and although I wanted to think that I was not very picky I was mistaken lol....I had a specific budget to work within and had a few must haves that were important to me. Well let me tell you Debbie came through for me and found me my perfect home and I just closed on it yesterday! Although the process was not a smooth as I led myself to believe i.e. a few things came up after the inspection Debbie worked daily with the seller and selling agent to have these repairs completed quickly one of which was replacing an outdated electrical panel this required finding a electrician, getting a permit in place, completing the installation and closing out of the permit. I am happy to say that all of this was done within the span of a week...I know amazing! My wife and I used Debbie's services to both sell and buy a home. In both instances we found her to be extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable on the markets we sold and bought in. On the sell side, before we selected an agent we interviewed five different realtors. What we liked about Debbie was that she was the only one whom we felt would actually SELL our home. She doesn't just stick a lock box and on the door and manage phone calls. She actually showed the house to every prospective buyer pointing out key features and upgrades. My husband and I had a very long wish list for our realtor Debbie Bates. There were many homes that fit some of our criteria.
