Scott was amazing. We met him at an open house and really didn't know what we were looking for. He introduced us to a variety of neighborhoods in Ft Lauderdale and then really really listened to our needs. Our search was all over the place but Scott helped us find the perfect neighborhood and block. And all of this was done virtually! Scott would send us listings to review. When we liked something he would go out and give us a virtual video tour. He was amazingly thorough. My husband is a sound engineer and is very sensitive to sound (air conditioners, roads, etc). I recently used Scott's services as my real estate agent. I am fairly new to my new city and very new at the purchasing of a condo. Scott was very helpful, very quick with his responses and made appointments quickly and was always on time and with the information I needed. We had some difficulties come up with the seller of the condo I was moving to and he stepped right in and took care of all the phone calls and issues, communicating with the other agent and did a great job helping me stay calm and got us through it.
