It was a recent Saturday morning and the hotel valet service brought the car around and I noticed…read morethat one of the tires was near flat. I had no idea what happened but they had a portable tire inflator and they pumped it back up and checked it for damage and nails but found nothing so I checked the area for the closest tire repair center and we found Albert's. We stopped in on a whim and they got us right in and took a look at the tire and told us the tire pressure sensor was faulty and they were going to try and fix it but if they couldn't fix it they'd have to replace it with a new one. They gave us a price on both repairs and I said whatever you have to do is fine with us. So we relaxed in the waiting area and after about 10 minutes they let us know if they could fix it and about 10 minutes later it was done. The price was great, the service was excellent, and especially for just walking in on a Saturday morning. I'll definitely be back if I have any issues with my tires. Thank you so much for your help.

I was on a long road trip with a friend. Our oil light came on, and we had driven over 3000 miles…read moreon this trip alone, so we stopped in this Jiffy Lube on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh. When they were changing the oil the guy came out and said our brake pads were worn and should be replaced. We were driving my friends sisters car, so we tried to get in touch with her to consult her. While we were waiting to hear from her the advisor came out again to give us the proposed costs. He told us Jiffy Lube does not replace the pads, we would have to purchase an entire system, including rotors. We argued with him, saying 'why can't you just replace the pads?' He repeated, ' jiffy Lube doesn't do that, we replace the whole system.' This was going to cost us $575 We went 2 doors down to Monro Muffler Brake. The guy there checked our brakes and said there was nothing wrong with them, and charged us nothing. Later we heard back from my friend's sister that she had just recently had her brakes redone. We drove the entire way home with no brake problems. Shame on this Jiffy Lube for trying to take advantage of 2 women traveling alone, far from home. This review applies only to this Jiffy Lube on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh- I love my local Jiffy Lube in Manhattan Beach CA and will continue to go there!

The quote they put together was even more of a farce. $3000 for tires and a control arm. The best part, they couldn't even find tires that matched my existing Michelins and I'm running 17s." They also wanted $800 for a hose, what a joke! Well even the stealership gives you better service than this and they at least have courtesy vehicles and nice coffee. Stay far, far away from this pack of thieves! Also, and this is very important, they adjusted my seat and steering wheel while in possession of my car. That's like groping a man's wife.... Can I have my money and dignity back?
