The arm that pulls the door snapped, tore out the bolts, and damaged the door itself. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed us for "using it too often," claimed we should have been doing maintenance, and said the door was too heavy. That explanation makes no sense. If maintenance was supposedly necessary, why wasn't that clearly communicated or followed up on before something broke? And if the door was too heavy for the setup, why wasn't the proper reinforcement installed from the beginning instead of only after the damage was done? What we got was poor workmanship, excuses, and a warranty that apparently means very little when it's time for them to stand behind their work. Definitely not calling them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
