Originally they were hesitant to give a price, but I wanted to get a ball park estimate as I don't live at the residence needing work so wanted a rough idea. They said they normally don't do that but after explaining the situation, I got a range. It was a reasonable range so agreed to have them come out. Btw, I called like 5 places and they all had a similar mentality about giving ballpark quotes. Chris the technician happened to be in the area and I was able to meet him earlier. He was able to replace both springs (only 1 was broken) but I choose to get 2. About 30 minutes later, door was fixed and I was on my way. He clearly had done this type of work for many year. He was quick and efficient.

There were some delays getting the door from the manufacturer but I appreciate Zach insulated me from all of that (apparently they delivered the wrong one at first haha). He showed up right on time on the day we agreed for the install and before I knew it the door was in. Super excited about it, and the curb appeal difference goes a long way too.
