Then pluck a couple that may be strays and apply a soothing lotion. Thus owner did not use a loop, rushed through the process, I told her I could still feel a ton of prickly hairs so she proceeds to rant about hiw she's a legend in the industry. She then gets aggressive with tweezing BUNCHES of hairs all at the same time which HURT!! Why was so much still there?? Never applied any soothing lotion!!
