I signed the contract in Sep 2019 and it was supposed to be done in 5 weeks. He kept a saying that it was an issue getting the permit from the township. However, it seems that this was all a lie and seems to be more of his lack of follow through with the needed information on his end. (Myself and my neighbor have dealt with the township since and they were very helpful and willing to expedite). He never returns phone calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. Every time you get a hold of him he will always come with some sort of excuse. And now he will not return my full deposit because he bought materials which he has left on my property since September unprotected. He claims that it is still usable treated wood, however, I have met with a contractor and was advised that he would not be able to use the material because it is now bowing. When I asked for a refund he would not return my calls, text, emails until I Cc'd my lawyer that I would take legal action. And now checking his BBB standing it looks like it has dropped to a D and he is no longer accredited. And if you look at his public records he was actually sued and it was settled with a stipulation that the complainant does not make a disparaging remark against him. Hopefully, this review will help others avoid the aggravation.

I can't say enough good things about Andrew and Arista Construction Group. I came to Andrew in an…read moreincredibly vulnerable moment. Our condo had been completely ruined by a flood caused by a burst water pipe, leading to catastrophic mold damage. We had to move out, and our home was stripped down to the studs. The floors, cabinets, and drywall were all gone. At one point, it honestly felt like the place might never be livable again. Andrew came in and completely turned that around. He restored our home into something beautiful, comfortable, and truly exciting to live in again. From the very beginning, he was kind, charismatic, and genuinely listened to all of our concerns. This wasn't an easy project, and there were a few bumps along the way, but whenever something came up, Andrew heard us out and immediately worked to make it right. He always made sure we were happy with the outcome. What meant the most to me was how supportive and reliable he was throughout the entire process. He guided me step by step, treated me with care, and took so much stress off my shoulders. On top of the construction itself, Andrew skillfully handled a complicated situation involving the property management company and insurance reimbursement. In the end, he completed the entire project within the amount provided by insurance, and the results exceeded my expectations. I've included photos to show just how severe the damage was and how incredible my home looks now. What once felt like a total loss has been fully rebuilt thanks to Andrew and his talented team. I'm deeply grateful for his work and recommend him to anyone who wants a contractor they can truly trust.

In the past two months we have hired Juan and his team to do two projects for us…read more The first was to place our pipe leading outside from the basement's sump pump underground so it wasn't leaking into our driveway. The team came out and handled this within one day. It was done well and so far - no issues! The second thing we asked of them was to install a fence. Not only did they give us a fair price in relation to other estimates we received but he worked with us in choosing a fence that would be cost effective and helped us make decisions on the look of it. His team finished this in a week and came every day early morning to begin working in sweltering heat. The final product looks beautiful and I can only believe it will last for years to come. It was no small feat as there were several trees and tree stumps in the way of the fence install but the final product is BEAUTIFUL. From start to finish Juan was responsive to my questions and always available to answer anything or address my concerns. The estimate that he gave me at the beginning was the exact price we paid at the end. There were NO hidden fees. I highly recommend John Bros and Juan for all of your landscaping/construction needs. I can't imagine a better experience. Juan was a pleasure to work with!

After working with another landscaper last year, Greenland Construction, we noticed that our patio was poorly constructed, the columns with lights in them started tilting & the pavers were sloping down! It was dangerous & looked so sloppy. This is merely 7 months after the patio was built. Also, it was a pain to work with Greenland because they kept missing deadlines & miscommuncating what was happening on our property. So frustrating! Anyway we reached out to Juan/John Bro's and he saved the day. He had his crew remove the pavers & columns & redo all parts that were sloping. He set the pavers properly like they should've been in the first place. He also added a railing for safety around the patio along with a gate & stair rails. We loved how his crew made sure to respect our property, never leaving trash around, they cleaned up after themselves every day. John Bro's will get future business from us for sure, we are planning on doing our walkway by the other entrance of our house in October. Highly recommend!
