Absolutely worst customer service. I had an online pickup order, walked in, was "helped" by Jayden…read more He looked bothered when I asked where I should go to pick up the order. He pointed to an area by the wall and said they moved it. I said okay. As I proceeded to the pickup area, I could not find my order. I walked back to Jayden and told him I was sorry and I couldn't find it. He sighed and said "Well is it even ready?" He then told me he was the only worker in the front and asked for help on his mic and had me walk to the center of the store to get help from another worker. As this new worker, lee is helping me and can't find the order, he calls back Jayden and Jayden says "Well the card probably declined, that's what happened, you'll have to go through customer service" and walked away.... 10 minutes later of waiting THEY FOUND MY ORDER. So looks like the card DIDN'T decline and it was failure on THEIR end. I did not appreciate the assumption of a declined card nor did I like feeling like I was a bother. I came to pick up this order for my mother who has a broken leg and did not appreciate the level of disrespect.
