If you've been to enough European Wax Centers you know the waxer doesn't leave the room while you undress however they turn their back. Before getting started Amanda asked if I needed any additional waxing services (up sell). She quickly got started and with each swipe of wax she used a new popsicle stick. The entire waxing service was complete within 15 minutes. During my service, she went over the different products I've have used previously and reminded me what they were used for.
