Well most of the staff where very welcoming. Reservation went through without any problems. I will stay there again.

Refused me of a refund and was very rude about it then walked away shackling her heads and rambling on about it calling me a liar. DISGUSTING WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! This place is horrid. Been here twice, stayed once…read more The first time was when my dad booked the room for me as I was coming in town for a family reunion. I could feel the nasty the second I walked in the door. It smelled stale and overall unpleasant. The shower head was covered in mold. I was done at this point. To try not to make waves I stayed the night anyways but didn't set foot in the shower. The second time was two years later and Sept 2016. Again, my dad booked the room and I didn't remember the place until we pulled up but even then I wasn't sure this was the same place. We checked in and I proceeded to my room. The same stale, unpleasant aroma was present. I went to the bathroom and though there was no mold on the shower head there were small dead bugs on the floor and in the toilet along with what looked to be dried mud from someones boots on the floor next to the toilet. I then checked for bedbugs which I didn't find but thought it interesting that the box spring was never removed from the plastic it was shipped in. I went back to the front office about 10 min after checking in and asked for a refund stating that it wasn't clean and we were just going to go somewhere else. The gentleman was nice enough and seemed like he wanted to help but then came Medusa from the back ranting and raving and being all kinds of loud. She seemed offended that we didn't like the room and actually took it personally. Then they didn't want to give me a full refund for two reasons...1) It was a non-smoking reservation and apparently its really hard for them to book the non-smoking rooms and 2) they had already swiped our cards and had be charge the swipe fee from the credit card company. I'm sorry but neither of those, as a consumer, are a concern of mine. I'm paying for something, I didn't feel that I was getting it and I wanted my money back. They settled on refunding us our expenses less 10.00 for the fee they incurred from the credit card company for simply swiping our card. As we went back about the refund and as she got louder I found myself matching her tone. As they still refused a full refund the police were then called to moderate as the lady was growing more and more agitated by us wanting our money back as she seemed to simultaneously embarrass the hell out of who I believe was her husband. The officer showed up talked to the people but there was nothing he could do as it was a civil matter at that point and would require small claims court. Not worth it for 10.00. It really wasn't even about the 10.00 in the beginning. It was about the principal of the matter. She even told the officer something to the tune of "Oh, the room is clean. There are some bugs on the ground but it is fine, I show you.". The officer couldn't have cared less about seeing the room and told her but the fact that she acknowledged there to be dead insects in the room AND that that met her standard of clean blew me away. Save your money and go somewhere else. We ended up at the Best Western in Dayton which was twice as much per night but thousands of time better than this rat hole. I wish I could go lower than a single star.

I build power lines and for the past 5 years I had to travel around a lot and stay in hotel from hotel and I never been treated this way before not before nor after to the point where I refuse to not tell my experience Before I start, I would like to state that absolutely nowhere no website or app in plan sight when I booked dictated that I need to bring a kennel to keep my pet in and I booked in advance where the could've even contacted me to let me know. To begin I just finished a 4 hour drive and I get to the front desk just to get told that I had to go spend my money on a kennel I didn't want nor have the space for in my car then These people here have no respect for privacy. The hotel staff blows up my phone while I'm working. To inform me that my dog is not in a kennel and that they can't change my towels to which I responded. There is a do not disturb sign on my door knob why are you in there just to get told apparently they have a policy where they go around walking to everybody's room every day to see what's in it I know this is a hotel, but I expect a certain level of privacy and security considering the piece I'm disappointed in this so called pet-friendly hotel I don't even lock my dog up in my own home this is 2nd time in my life where I had go out my way to write this just because every hotel I been to since has treated me and my best friend with open arms and kindness

Amazing staff from every level from the manager, front desk and the ladies that prepare rooms each day. Rooms are in great condition amenities are top notch. I would definitely stay here again when back in the area for work.
