I had a move-out cleaning. When I first arrived to grab the last bit of our things, the cleaners…read morehad just arrived. They were VERY friendly and they were hard at work cleaning the window sills and bathroom upstairs. We left and didn't come back until the next day. The kitchen looked amazing and all the counters were great! But the floors weren't swept - AT ALL. And it was rather egregious with dust bunnies and leaves that had blown in, so I don't think they forgot. We also paid an extra $40 for grout cleaning in the master bath, but that wasn't done. It looked like they ran out of time? I had filled out all the information on how many bedrooms and baths needed cleaning, but I don't know how long they had allotted. I came back the next day to sweet and scrub the bathtub and grout myself. I let MyHoustonMaids know and the manager contacted me and refunded just the amount I paid for grout cleaning. I'd use a different company next time - especially for a move-out when you don't have time for them to come back and fix it. You get what you pay for, I think, and this company is quite cheap.

A lot of corners cut and just carelessness-- Moroccan rug sucked up into vacuum cleaner making a large hole, acid used in my stainless kitchen sink causing a chemical reaction that created rust on the stainless, scratched the stainless on my fridge (looks as if they used a scrubbing pad in it and if that isn't enough-- out fitted sheeted were put in the beds inside out and too sheet an quilt put on sideways. Just so disappointing. I wanted to like this company but each cleaning brought new problems and damages. The lead cleaner left her crew at my house without supervision for my last and final cleaning!

Carlos was extremely friendly on the phone and made special arrangements to come out to my house that day! He even gave me updates via text as to the status of the cleaners so I knew their ETA. He brought Jessica and her husband who did phenomenal work. They were even able to remove some hard water stains that I had been trying for years to remove (why hadn't I called them earlier?). Included in the cleaning was inside and outside the refrigerator and oven. Again, spotless work. They cleaned the entire house in a few hours and it looks brand new and smells fresh. I'm sure the buyer of my house will appreciate it. I would highly recommend Carlos for any jobs in the future, he really saved me today!

I always make sure to call them before we have out of town visitors. I appreciate their attention to detail -- no item is too small to be wiped down or scrubbed up. They do an excellent job with our glass - the sliding outer doors and shower door. We have pets and I like that Right Choice really scrubs our tile floors clean. I try to keep our house clean on my own, but Right Choice does a better job than I can do myself. They are very responsive. They are flexible and willing to make an appointment around my schedule. When I call 477-8788 at night and leave a message, I always hear back from them the next morning. The workers at Right Choice are thorough and make me feel that I've gotten my money's worth.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** If you're looking for a deep…read moreclean, move out clean, or any type of clean at all that won't leave you disappointed, or spending wasted time trying to communicate or even get a response from the company, then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired them to do a "Move Out" clean with "Deep Clean Pro" as described on their website for our EMPTY home, and were left with a less than basic clean that we paid over $400 for. The only furniture in the house was beds, entertainment center, and a breakfast table. Half of the services such as organizing, make beds, picture frame dusting, and many other components of the "House Cleaning" described on the website (which were included) were not even necessary as we had moved everything except already made beds out of our home. To say that we were completely left without the service we paid for, light fixtures weren't dusted, cabinets weren't cleaned, garage and porches unswept, floors unvacuumed and mopped, and the floors and carpets they did vacuum or mop, you couldn't even tell. This is in no way a deep clean, and I wouldn't even hire them for a basic clean based on how badly they performed on an empty house. I can only imagine the work they would do if our belongings had been in the home still. Along with this, the company absolutely refused to communicate in any other form than email, offered to send out the same crew that didn't do their job in the first place, and not once had anyone attempted to contact us to resolve the issue. We were only constantly told to email someone else, and even when I did the first time, the email wasn't even valid and was kicked back. No phone calls were answered on their customer service line either. I was then sent text messages from the office manager again, refusing to do anything on their own, and telling me to email another person. Refused over and over again to even pick up the phone or forward the email themselves. We had to clean our home ourselves, and after doing so, could absolutely 1000% more see how bad of a job they did. My wife posted a Google Review and the owner replied back to that review faster than ever, and still has not even attempted to reach out to discuss the issue. Instead he acted as if it wasn't his problem because of the review and the fact it was a holiday weekend, but had time to comment on Google. This company is awful at both customer service and cleaning service itself. Do not put yourself in the position to be treated the way we have by them. There are many more cleaning services to be used in Houston/Cypress, because trust me the 100% customer satisfaction and integrity of the management falls far short of that as you can see by these pictures. Another company out to make a quick buck, provide halfway service, and not take any responsibility or attempt to fix the problem THEY created. This isn't even half of the pictures and none of the emails from them, but hopefully it saves you the pain.
