She called and left three messages advising of her complications and never received a call back. She went to the office stating that she had an emergency. The front office lady asked her if she was a patient, as if she had never been there before. She has gone to that office for years. They acted as if they didn't want to help her. Thankfully a doctor from the Longview office was there and took over the situation. He was aware of the messages my grandmother left, as was the whole office. He had X-rays done, drained her gums and prescribed antibiotics. He then made an follow up appointment for the next morning at the Longview office. She had never been in that office before and they greeted her like she had gone there forever and showed concern. Never going to the Chad Silvertooth office in Liberty City again. Dr. Cox finished treating me. I did receive a significant $$ refund and there was no charge for the final extraction (which is what I really wanted). So I cannot complain about the overall service. I did however have to deal with a 6-8 weeks of unnecessary pain. Tooth pain that I did not have before I visited.

It was yanked out and I was in so much pain that I thought that was the reason why I had to paint afterwards they had me go back in and all they did was file it down, saying that that was going to help this procedure was done in September and here we are in December and I am in extreme pain and they refuse to refund for that crown so that I can go to another Dentist and get it pulled out. Do not go to this Dentist to them. It's all about the money and not the patient or their well-being. My insurance was maxed out by them and now I have to wait till my insurance benefits kicked back in just the fact that they let me sit in pain for all these months shows what kind of dentist they are

I am not quite sure what changed in the office but I am glad that we did, he now sees Dr. Anthony and he has nothing but great things to say about his work and his demeanor with clients.
