My grandmother went to this office for cleaning and was treated horribly. After receiving a…read morecleaning, her gums swelled from infection. Her gums had been nicked. She called and left three messages advising of her complications and never received a call back. She went to the office stating that she had an emergency. The front office lady asked her if she was a patient, as if she had never been there before. She has gone to that office for years. They acted as if they didn't want to help her. Thankfully a doctor from the Longview office was there and took over the situation. He was aware of the messages my grandmother left, as was the whole office. He had X-rays done, drained her gums and prescribed antibiotics. He then made an follow up appointment for the next morning at the Longview office. She had never been in that office before and they greeted her like she had gone there forever and showed concern. Never going to the Chad Silvertooth office in Liberty City again. Beware of unprofessional office.

We were horrified! Recently my husband had to go back for some more issues. After trying to find a dentist that was accommodating to his schedule here in Longview, we ended up having to go back here. I am not quite sure what changed in the office but I am glad that we did, he now sees Dr. Anthony and he has nothing but great things to say about his work and his demeanor with clients. We had such a good experience with Dr. Anthony that our daughter (8) now sees him too. I never thought we would be back after that awful experience but I am happy to say that we have. Dr. Anthony and Dr. Ihionkhan are fantastic with both adults and kiddos.

I wouldn't give it a one star because that's just how bad it was , the only thing that was good…read moreabout this visit was them cleaning my teeth I didn't have any problems there but I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 10:00 am on the dot checked in filed out paperwork for them since I'm a new patient so I wait roughly for about 30 minutes just to get in then they got to cleaning pretty quickly which I'm fine with but finally when she finished she said the doctor would be in shortly to discuss the possibility of 10 different procedures I need done and I said ok thank you I didn't leave the office until 2:00 pm I had been sitting and waiting 3 hours for no doctor to actually see me and tell me knew what I need done then all the hygienists were scrambling to find my x rays in which they didn't save initially so we had to retake all of my x rays and they still didn't tell me what was wrong or what things I needed to get done and when I was at the front desk both lady's said yeah the doctor just went ahead and took his lunch break at 11:45 am in the span of 11:45 is when we finished the cleaning of my teeth till 1:30 pm he was on his break but I find this very unprofessional and they shouldn't have a job if they think it's ok to go on break while still having patients they literally forgot about me and 4 other patients

He gave me a thorough examination palpating my jaw, neck, visual exam of my mouth reviewing x rays, informing me of his findings, educating me and my husband spending nearly an hour with us exchanging information. I would describe him as very well educated, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and a good listener. I'm going back for my cleaning the beginning of June but the staff there is five star as well. Sheila was wonderful. She is their hygenist. We moved here a year ago from SoCal and have been looking for a dentist and finally after trying a previous dentist found our forever dental provider. Sheila and Dr. Taylor both listened to my concerns and worked with me on my specific needs. I highly recommend this office and Dr Taylor.

I set up an appointment, i stressed to them about my PTSD and anxiety issues due to my past and they reassured me they would take good care of me. AND THEY DID. After they finished with my procedure it felt like one thousand pounds had been lifted off my shoulders. All these years of being terrified of the dentist came to an end.
