Just wasted my morning here. Came in as a new patient for a cleaning, so we had to do all the x-rays and whatnot. Pretty typical. What's NOT typical is being told at the END of your appointment, when you've waited 15+ minutes for the doctor, that they don't do cleanings on initial appointments and you have to come back next week. Wtf then why did I schedule an appointment for a cleaning, you guys made me fill out paperwork for it (twice, by the way), and you confirmed it with me, twice? And no one mentions that the cleaning won't actually happen? It's fine if you want to run your practice different than every other practice in the country, but at least freaking discuss your process with your new patients. On top of all of this, the doctor was incredibly rude, when I mentioned I might be interested in whitening she just went ahead and added it to my treatment plan with zero discussion or information given to me. Then when I was telling them off for wasting my time and LYING to me, she literally turned around and left the room. Unfucking real. Cannot believe this woman made it far enough in life to have her own practice. RUN AWAY. Back to square one for me to find a competent, honest dentist. And my teeth are still dirty. read more

I went there sept or oct of 2021 while I was pregnant got a root canal done and I'm still waiting on the crown! I had called a bout in January of 2022 to see if it was finally there and the receptionist said " if we haven't called you its not in yet" it's 2024 and I'm still waiting on there call please do t go here!!!!! read more

Dr. Nash is a very nice and compassionate dentist. I received excellent treatment here and would very highly recommend this dentist. She really helped me feel comfortable and I have high anxiety about having dental treatments. All the staff are very nice. read more

I went in for the first time for a cleaning when I got my X-ray done the young lady didn't put my vest on for protection. When the dentist came in to look at me she was very cold. I thought because the office was busy so I look over it. I had to come in to have 4 teeth removed this time the young student put the numbing gel on the wrong side. When the dentist notice she giggled and put the gel on the side I was getting my teeth removed. The gel had not kick in a the dentist without warning gave me two shots I told her she was hurting me and she said it was the needle not her hurting me. She could not get one of my teeth out and she yank and pulled on my for a while than she said she will have to order a tool. She said she hate to be defeated but I was the one who was hurting so bad. I already don't like dentist anyway. When I was leaving the tech said sorry if we traumatized you. This was the worst office I every seen. The dentist told me next time I should take something to keep me calm. She also told me that I could take Tylenol and ibuprofen to offset the hydrocodone this is very dangerous the pharmacy told me this thankfully. read more

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! This happened on Feb 17th for reference if they try to defend themselves but I'm sure they remember me well as I left the office in tears over my treatment. (For reference when I was talking to them about being upset I never once raised my voice, I did cry, but yelling at people doesn't get you very far, as an FYI) I scheduled an appointment simply to get my teeth cleaned, I believe whoever scheduled me did it within the week and I gave them EVERYTHING they would need insurance and demographics wise. I did tell her ahead of time that I did not have my Dental Insurance card on hand (we moved and they sent it to our old address) but had ID number and everything and was told it would not be a problem. I get there on time for my appointment, check in, make sure they have everything. Come to find out from the RUDE front office person Lynn, that whoever was in charge of it did not verify my insurance. She was annoyed I didn't have my card and basically was acting inconvenienced that she had to do this while I was in the office. Mind you she was also on the phone with someone else while she was talking to me for the 1st hour while she tried to look my insurance up. After the 1st hour of waiting for her to confirm my coverage she finally decided to call the insurance company to verify. I finally had to tell her that this wasn't a me problem and to stop treating me like it was, this should have been done AT MINIMUM the day before. Had I known that they would have issues I would have called and fixed anything ahead of time myself or happily rescheduled for another day. I FINALLY was taken back after 2 hours. When the dentist came in she did not greet me at all or even say hello, she asked roughly "Is this your 1st time in my office" I didn't even know she was the dentist until she came in the 2nd time; she couldn't even be bothered to talk to my face, she asked me that from behind my chair and then left. Her hygienist came in and I am absolutely concerned that she even passed her classes for that title. She was very nice however everything she did to clean my teeth was on full blast. I'm talking the polish was flying everywhere, got up my nose and on the glasses. And literally power washed my teeth with the water, that also got up my nose. She was so rough flossing I was bleeding the 1st time.....she then flossed my teeth a 2nd time which made it so much worse, I'm not sure why a 2nd flossing was needed? At that point I just wanted to get it done with, I know, I should have left but I really needed my teeth cleaned because they start to get sensitive after going over 6 months. I asked the hygienist if that was it and she told me yes I was done and the dentist would actually "clean" my teeth at another appointment. I got very upset and walked out and asked the doctor if that was true and that I had been waiting 2 hours previous to this just to be seen. She then said she would come clean my teeth but they were still trying to verify my insurance at that point, even though I heard Lynn verbally confirm it and ask for it to be sent to her. I was just very upset at this point by how I was treated by her and front office staff and I explained to her the the second I walked in I had a bad experience and even told her that she was very rude to me and made me feel like I was a bother to her, that she couldn't be bothered to properly even greet me! She then came in to clean my teeth after that because I didn't want to deal with partial billing from their office and have more issues with them. Asked if there was anything she should be aware of and I let her know I was having sensitivity due to exposed roots, so she proceeds to use the water pik on FULL BLAST on my teeth and I'm cringing in my seat just trying to get through everything at that point. I was in so much pain, I said yes it was hurting when asked but she didn't stop to do it differently even though she could tell I was in physical pain. When she was done I walked out and told her and her office manager (I think thats who it was) who were still more concerned about my insurance than my actual well being as they were all huddled about the computer looking up my policy, that this was the worst dental exam I have ever had, the insurance issue was not my problem and that they were more focused on the billing than they actually were me. I was very calm the entire time trying to have grace for them as I have worked in medical for years and understand things happen, but NOT ONCE did they take responsibility for their actions, all I got was excuses about insurance. Because of insurance this is why I was treated poorly? Like I'm a bother to you? Its not an excuse and the only reason I got a half hearted apology is because I NICELY confronted her directly. Take responsibility for your offices actions and do better for someone else next time. read more

Very modern clinic with the latest and greatest equipment. If that floats your boat good for you. If you are looking for a dentist and staff who are attentive and sincerely interested in you and not just $$, don't waste your time going there. Been once and will not go back. Dentist acted like she was doing me a favor to look in my mouth. Haughty and rude. Staff do not listen. They are like robots just going through the motions. read more

Had an issue with a rear molar causing pain. Scheduled initial appointment with no problems. When I came in for appointment, was charged $240 prior to seeing anyone. Seemed strange given that nothing had been explored. Was X-rayed and teeth "mapped", poked around in my mouth, and Dr Nash spoke with me for maybe two minutes. Estimate for $3800 was what I got, no treatment. 4 days later, a bone/tooth shard protruded through my gum causing EXCRUCIATING pain, so I set another appointment for today. Upon arrival, I was told that today would be $170, again without even looking to see the problem. I elected to leave as I knew this was related to my prior appointment and did not feel more payment was appropriate. Dr. Nash called me immediately and waived any further fees, so I returned. More poking on my teeth(not the problem) until I put my finger in my mouth and showed Dr Nash the problem. She acknowledged the problem and walked away. By this point, I had zero faith that they were working to my benefit so I untangled myself and left. No one acknowledged my leaving or came to check on me. I was given a good recommendation from a trusted friend, who tells me now " Never had anything done there but a cleaning" Not sure I could recommend even that. read more

I had a really bad experience with Rose Dental. I have waited for a very very very long time and did not receive a quality care. My appointment was 8am and i got out 3pm. I was waiting for hours to get done didn't eat anything and didn't got a chance at all. I was the first one there yet I was the last one to leave. When it was finally my turn they just rushed through me and didn't even made sure they did it right. Few hours after, the fillings were coming off and they missed a spot. It was an awful experience. I have paid for it but I dont wanna go back in there and get the same service. read more
