My son was scheduled for an Advanced Motor Cycle Training course in Atlanta in June 2014. He needed…read moreto take the course as a court mandate for a speeding ticket he was issued. Just prior to taking the course in Atlanta, my son was hit by a car and needed surgery. So I cancelled the class in Atlanta and called James Kuespert at Volusia to see if he would offer the course to my son once he got down to FL for college. James said he normally doesn't conduct the course until enough riders sign up, but that he would make an exception for my son and provide him 1 on 1 training. At that time, I offered to pay James his full rate plus a tip equal to the full rate understanding that he was going out of his way for my son. I was very grateful. Initially James Kuespert was sympathetic to the fact that a fellow rider (my son) was hit by a vehicle, and James said, "no problem man, you don't need to worry. I'll take care of your son when he gets down here for college. Just call me after gets to FL." So today, we call James Kuespert of Volusia Motorcycle Training, and he does an about face, declaring that the only way he will work with us is if we pay him $600 and not a penny less. He was very rude and refused to even work with my circumstances. I would not have been compelled to write this review were it not for the fact that James misled me back in June. I offered to pay him then but he acted like it was no big deal. Today... he is making a very big deal out of this. So, now I am scrambling to find a course in FL as a result. Moreover, when I called James Kuespert to discuss why things had changed, he hung up the phone on me. He made it very clear that customers are not important to him or Volusia Motorcycle Training. I guess he fails to realize the power of word-of-mouth. Don't use this company. This guy is a liar.

Told this guy we could get his son done for the normal amount, but he was adamant he needed a private class. I always try to get people to save their money and take a normal class for a lot less money. If people absolutely want a private class; you pay for it. We typically charged $900 for one person on a private class back then, but I gave him a huge discount. I'm sorry, but we don't work for free like this guy may think. It takes the same amount of time to do a class for a single person versus a full class of 12 people. I guess he thinks a "tip" will take care of this. I don't think so. We've been in business teaching for over 50+ years. We are the oldest training facility in the Nation, much less the state of Florida. Another thing is I told this fellow, if we could get someone else to share the class, his fee would go down - didn't happen. He needs to learn there is no such thing as a free lunch. I'm sure he doesn't work for free either. If anyone wants a class with good, friendly teachers who will teach you a lot, then we're the ones who can do it. The key is lowering the stress level by joking and having fun with us - and we will make it happen for you. Last year, I told my friend in Nevada Arizona (who has a son in the 8th grade) and he also went from dreading math to now being exited about going to Mathnasium over a year later. They are so proud of his improvements. My only disappointment in Mathnasium is that I didn't have the opportunity to go here when I was a kid! My son who always had exemplary behavior, got bullied daily by four children. Despite going to the director,Ms.Kelly Libby nothing was done. My son who was a happy child , started crying daily because nobody did anything about the bullying. I reached out to MsKelly to no avail. This one particular boy put a beeping Apple Watch in my son's ear at recess. I didn't find out till my son Logan told me a month later. I told ms.libby via email. Her response was "Oh it happened a month ago, he's no longer allowed to bring his watch" ok so she basically did nothing because it happened a month ago. This is just one example of what was done to my child. I later received an email from her stating there was no evidence of bullying and that I should contact my son's pediatrician. I guess she was implying counseling. My son had two sessions and the therapist felt there was no need to continue. Prior to me putting Logan in this school , he was a happy child. I noticed that was changing. Each morning he was crying and felt very anxious. After trying with the direction ms.Kelly and his teacher ms.esther I pulled him out. These people were supposed to provide a safe environment which they did not. My advice think twice before u put your child in this school.

The hiring process was very simple through email and sending a deposit. They showed up perfectly on time and were very professional and accommodating. Every single person at her birthday party was ecstatic to see all the reptiles. I had grown adults jumping upfront so they could also pet and hold the animals. Fun for all ages is an understatement.
