I have purchase 2/ 4 tire sets from Delta Tire since 2020. These tires are 50k mile tires. I have my car alignment done every 6 months and tire rotation as well. Each set the black tires go bald and bulge with bubbles within 10k miles. I have road side coverage on the tires but that never covers the tires. Buyers BE AWARE. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

I was in there the other day needing a tire. they sold me used tire, but the shred of the tire wasn't even there it wouldn't have made it, the bead was messed up so bad the tire couldn't even be aired up. so all I get out of this is overall horrible store and won't be going back ever!! Here is a job that you completed for me. I spent nearly $400 at your shop for tires and an oil change. The job wasn't completed because you were busy. (The car was still on lift when I went to pick up even though you had it for 8 plus hours. The alignment wasn't completed because you were busy. Understandable.) But this is ridiculous. The lug nut is not even remotely tight. The third picture is my son. He rode in the car with that lug nut like that for over 20 hours on the way to my mothers for a medical emergency. That boy is my life, and you being "busy" and not completing a job does sit well with me when that little boy is riding in that car. On top of this, the "oil" change I received horrible. The fluids was not topped off and I now have a huge grease spot on my visor and drivers seat. The radiator was almost bone dry once before with you guys but I decided to give you another chance. How are you going to remedy this? read more

Great Staff quick service. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up when they were finish.

Wife took her car in to fix a slow leak. The employee left her a message saying that he has information about the tire, so I called them back. He says the tire is ruined and can't be repaired. Then launches into a sales pitch to buy a new tire. I interrupt and ask him to explain how it's ruined. "Well, it could be that it was driven too long while low and the interior is ruined". I say we'll be by to pick it up. "Oh......ok." She goes by 1/2hr later and it's still on a jack. She got the run around and asked if she wants the spare put on since "the other tire is ruined". She said to air it up and put it back on. He then charged her $10! Took it to Summy and told them if it is ruined order another one. 20 minutes later: "Car's done. No problems at all." So, Delta Tire tried to rip us off AND charged us $10 to do it. read more

Took wife's van in for an alignment and dropped it off on Thursday morning before they opened. Received a call van was done however the need a shim for back rear tire to be able to get it all aligned perfectly and had to order. Took van back next day(70 miles later) and dropped off at 11:25. Received a text with a link with cars "health" about some Non-urgent issues at 1:15. Called in at 423 and spoke with Cindy to see if van was done.. She said didn't anyone call you? I said no.. She said let me call you back. @ 4:31 she called me back and stated they did not replace the shim because of the non urgent issues.(sticky brake caliper, struts bad, lower control arm bushing warn out) she did not have a price for any of these repairs. I questioned why yesterday after I paid 80$ for the alignment all that was needed was a shim... She stated that today they have a more qualified and thorough mechanic....I told her to replace the shim as agreed and when I replace the struts I will pay for another alignment. @ 4:49 Pete calls me back and states that they don't want me to have to pay for another alignment since I need these repairs. I told him the same thing and they need to put the shim in and align. He did not think they could get it done in time.. I told him I would wait till it was done since I was already on my way. I arrived at the store at 5:25 and the van was still out in the street. I went in and spoke to Cindy who did not realize the van wasn't in the shop and she then found out and told me the non urgent repairs need to be made.. Pete came out to the counter along with "Dave the owner" and I expressed my displeasure with them since the day previous the mechanic missed all these problems. Other customers were in the store so Dave asked me to step outside since they were embarrassed that they dropped the ball. Dave proceeded to tell me once out the door they were not going to do the repair and to take my business elsewhere, and not come back into the store. Hard to believe an owner would be that way as well since I paid for someone obviously not qualified to do the job the day before. Needless to say i gave him a piece of my mind.. A smart business man should know a happy customer with tell 1 an unhappy customer will tell the world. I know they have been around for a long time, however doing continued business like this will shut them down. read more

Some staff very friendly. Some less so. Dropped truck of at 9am no other customers. Needed two tires and an alignment. Come back at noon. Not done. Waited to quarter past one before getting a little impatient. When I asked I was told they had gotten backed up and were about to get me on rack. Probably won't come back. Definitely not if their is another option. read more

I ve had overall decent service at the Broadway location. Recently, though, they sent me to the 11th street location. They put on a defective tire on the rear and two wrong sized tires on the front, failing to follow the manufacturers specs on the inside of the driver side door. They put on 215's instead of 225. The one guy can barely see. The other is missing teeth, the third is a plain idiot scumbag. I felt the car shaking hard at 60-65 mph. Drove 600 miles to metro Detroit. Wetmores in Ferndale showed me how bad Delta f'd up. The two front tires were moved to the back. The rear drivers had to be replaced. They had to replace the wheel balance and hub cover which Delta neglected to do themselves. Glad I am home in a competent place. read more

These guys are awesome!!! They were so helpful to us last Friday. stuck with a flat, 500 miles from home, in an ice storm! And they had the harder-to-find tire size in stock that we needed. We are so glad that we went to Delta. Great people, great service!! read more

UPDATE. This company uses complete trash tires. The tire they replaced the original tire that was put on and went flat blew up on the highway. If you want complete shit service and harrasment from the owner then this is your place. read more

My daughter & I were taveling on 6/22 to discover a flat tire in Missouri. A person who helped us recommended Delta Tire in Quincy, instead of continuing into Hanibal. It was just after nnon on Saturday, we were delighted to find a service station still open. We pulled up, they got the car right in, found what damaged the tire, repaired it, and had us back on the road in a very short time, Everyone there was helpful and professional. Tires are great, get free rotation...but if you pay by credit card they really zing you. Charged me $18.58 for "processing fee" to use a credit card. Had I known, I would have taken a check. read more

We had been in Palmyra, MO visiting family and noticed a low tire as we left. We called Delta on the way to see if they could squeeze us in to check it out. They told us to come by. We did; they looked and found 2 nails; patched us up and we were on our way an hour and $15 later. They really saved us! Even though we don't live in Quincy, we'd recommend them. read more
