I called the next day and was told to return it. (A 200+ mile round trip). After almost a week I called to inquire about my refund and was told I could only get 1/2 of it back. Their own receipt states a 25% restocking fee. This part was $400. After a heated discussion with the owner he relented and agreed to honor his companies policy and refund 75% of my initial cost. He states that since I accepted it he didn't want to refund any of it. The part had hidden damage that was only found upon disassembly. I feel a full refund is in order. I even helped his yard man remove the parts. Another of the parts I purchased was an HID head lamp assembly. The bulb($88) and transformer were broken. I was offered no discount for this part. The only part I had no problem using was the fender. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY, and warn others to check what you are buying before accepting it. One other way would be to purchase with a credit card so you can dispute the charges. Lesson learned. Credit card only when buying parts. If no stars was an option I would choose that.

I won't be going back, I'll be going to AutoZone across the street in the future.

I was quoted $60 to install the cover and I agreed to also have them line-x my truck bed. Keep in mind they do sell and install tonneau covers at this location so they are supposed to know what they are talking about! When I picked up my 2014 F350 ( I only add this so its clear this was all NEW equipment I wasnt asking them to deviate from the simple instructions by doing a "custom" installation) the cover was not seated correctly on the seals and was out of square with the rails by 3/4". The clamps provided were also not tightened nor did they use the recommended loc-tight on the bolts they did actually tighten. They also put a VERY hard to get off Line-X big yellow sticker on my back window!!!!! Who does that! Did you see any other stickers on my new truck?? NOPE but you sure do now! When we went inside to pay the bill the guy says it was $200 to install the cover because he put 3 guys on it and they couldnt figure it out. HOW THE HECK IS THAT MY PROBLEM! I dont pay to train your technicians you do and if you couldnt do the work DO NOT SAY YOU CAN! His attitude when I said can you get the sticker off and square up the cover was "You can peel it off with your finger" and " That is a really hard cover to install" . Not Im sorry I defaced your vehicle and no problem we should have fixed that before you arrived. DO not use this business for anything unless you want to overpay for mediocre and disappointing work.

So when I checked it out it was a few pounds low so I filled it and then sprayed the tire with some soapy water to see if there was a leak somewhere. No leaks showed up but I did notice that one of her lug nuts looked like it was getting ready to fall off so I grabbed my lug wrench to go ahead and tighten it down. We'll it was already tight and then upon closer inspection I found it is not the right lug nut! It is completely different from the rest of them and I know for a fact it was never like that before. I am so OCD that I mark the rims with a series of dots to make sure they are rotated correctly. I tried to call the store and Everytime I call it sends me to a 3rd world call center! Very frustrating that no one will answer the phone at the store! I would like to have someone contact me and get this lug nut replaced with the correct one! I have attached pics to show how bad this looks. I can not figure out for the life of me how this even happened! How did they lose my lug nut and why did they put the wrong one on there?

The first time we went into this Sam's they only had one lane open for customers who pay cash. The wait to get checked-out was horrendous. If anyone had any ice cream and such it would have been melted thoroughly. As my wife held our place in line, I went and got the manager's attention as she was laughing and gabbing with two other employees just standing around. I asked her why only one lane was open with all the customers waiting and lined down the aisle. She said our other cashier was sick; but she assured me that they always have st least two cashier lanes open. So I let that excuse slide. So the next two times we went to this Sam's...same problem. One cashier and the manager standing around gabbing with a couple other non-working employees. So this time we left our items and walked out. We had this problem one other time with the Walmart where we lived. The new manager cut employees to make his numbers look good...I suppose. Well the people in our town started leaving FULL grocery carts in the lines and walking out due to long waits. It wasn't long and new employees got hired and the delays stopped. I think this would be a good action to take to get this 'manager's' attention.
