Then I get the bill: $485 for what they want to call a "Complete Voltage Enhancement System Renovation." I looked at the job and it was just undo two screws, replace two inexpensive parts, and grease the contacts. Call it that, or call it a "complete system renovation." Seems like a way to give it a fancy name and charge you more. I called them on it and they wouldn't budge, so buyer beware. I'd used WA in the past and was always happy with them, but something has changed. I think they still do good work, but I obviously don't think their pricing is fair.
