My dentist had to refer me out. I went to this place as a walk-in emergency. Abscess resolved, the wisdom tooth pulled and I didn't even realize the procedure had taken place. I was so scared of being put under anesthesia. I was afraid I'd be feeling all the pain without being able to move, or of some kind of complication arising and never waking up... but I'm here to tell you, I was sitting there talking with the Dr. one moment, and the next thing I know -I kid you not- I opened my eyes thinking I had just dozed off for a moment, asked if they were going to start yet (the Dr. and Assistant), to which they warmly laughed and informed me they were done. Praise God I was so happy!!! For over 10 years I had been putting that off and it was finally over thanks to God, my family, the original dentist and these people. I was cleaning tonight and found my old paperwork for this procedure and realized I never left a review and I really wanted to, so here I am now. Ontop of all of that, they are honest. Not long after the procedure, I got a check in the mail for about a hundred dollars. Apparently I had been overcharged by accident. I mean c'mon that kind of righteousness is rare in this world. They didn't have to do that, I would have never known better. With all of that being said - 10/10 HIGHLY recommend, I would definitely go here again - though I hope I never need to ! To any staff who may be reading... thank you thank you thank you... I was hrs away from potential death, literally. But because of your work I am here, my daughters have their daddy still. I thank God for you guys. Hope all is well.

I was so nervous to be under general anesthesia and before I was given the injection, I was literally shaking and holding the MA's hand. She was so kind and settled my nerves some even though I was still really anxious. Amazing experience. I woke up roughly 40 minutes after procedure began which was beyond my expectations as Dr. Payne said it may be a bit challenging to extract this specific tooth. Provided after care instructions and he called the same afternoon post surgery as promised. I highly recommend him and this office!

The office staff were so helpful in explaining and answering all questions. The dr and assistant's were amazing. They even called to check on me later that day. Couldn't recommend them enough. When I explained this to him, he refused to examine the aching tooth, stating that he would not look at it until I had a filling replaced on a different tooth. This did not make sense to me, as the tooth requiring the replacement filling was not causing me any issues. When I specifically asked, "So you aren't going to even look at the tooth that is hurting?" he rudely responded, "No." I left the office with my tooth still in pain, and the following day I cancelled my two upcoming appointments. I felt that the practice was more focused on financial gain than on addressing my immediate dental needs and pain.

I've been under the care of Dr. Graham for nearly 5 years and I have to say his team of…read moreprofessionals sets the bar for quality care! I've had some really horrible experiences and I'm sure most of us have considered dentistry to be one of the most challenging professions when it comes to health care. Don't get me wrong, I know there are many high demand and low reward types of health care and in general anyone in the healthcare industry is way under appreciated. Really, when you go to the dentist you have to accept the fact that they are usually in damage control mode because people (me) don't establish better habits when necessary. Thank god for Dr. Graham and his team for taking care of me with 3 wisdom teeth removed, a new crown, and a cleaning schedule that really works for my attempt at change :) Let me explain... Dr. Graham was the first dentist that I completely trusted when it came to the removal of my wisdom teeth. It was getting really bad as I would get these really bad reactions when I didn't brush properly or floss properly. I think my wisdom teeth were the problem. Removed the bad teeth and no more problems! Also, I've had to change my habits under the guidance of his support team. More brushing, better flossing, water pick and just more awareness of what a clean mouth is supposed to feel like. I'm not embellishing here but this place has changed my health and life for the better. I remember growing up thinking rich kids were the ones that saw the dentist regularly and now I feel like one of those kids that talked about their regularly scheduled visit to the dentist, and not just when something went wrong. Thank you Dr. Graham and support staff, I promise to floss more frequently to make your job a bit easier in the future!

That alone is hard to find. What I liked about actually going to his office is that it is a family environment and the dentist and his staff are friendly and personable. What I liked even more is that he is very good at his job as a professional and made my pain go away. His sincerity showed in relieving my pain than the formalities of up-selling and dragging out appointments for the sake of creating more appointments and billings that is typical in many dentists. And even more importantly, whether you have insurance or not, Dr. Wong has very fair rates and more interested in your care than how much money can be bilked from you that I've found in many dentist offices today. I'm very reserved in my recommendations but if you are looking for a good dentist who cares and is personable instead of treating u like just another appointment to get through so they can bill you/your insurance, call Dr. Wong.
