As my home airport and SkyClub, I appreciate and love being able to have a spot to relax prior to a flight. Pros: always friendly staff and decent food options and they usually have a special option like an Apple Cider bar, or a Hot Chocolate bar, or even a Lemonade bar. Cons: the restrooms are nice but the ladies toilets are so low to the ground (nit picky, I guess but trying to be honest) and sometimes not enough seating - it can be super crowded! read more

Pretty typical sky club. Bartender extremely friendly and helpful and poured very generously. Food was OK but what do you expect for free. It was very clean and easy to get into. For as small of an airport Indy is this is a decent sky lounge. They have a good bar service (note they don't start serving until after 7am, I think). The food is good. Breakfast is usually premade omelets and a meat. They always have oatmeal and pastries. They switch to lunch at 10:30am. The lounge gets crowded during business travel times but it's manageable. It's worth flying out of Indy. read more

Overall, a great space to hangout before a flight. There was plenty of seating when I went on a Friday mid-morning. The coffee and espresso machines were pretty good, serving Starbucks beans. The bartender was friendly, attentive, and able to make a variety of alcoholic, and non-alcoholic, and coffee beverages. My only complaint was that it wasn't always clear what was complimentary and what would cost money and/or miles. The food selection was not great. Nothing looked particularly appetizing, and I was glad I ate at the hotel before coming. Perhaps during lunch or dinner time the selection improves. Bathrooms are located inside the Sky Club, and they were clean, well-stocked, and spacious. If you're flying Delta through IND, make sure to check it out. read more

I love going to the Delta lounges in between my flights but on my last flight on Delta I was denied access. My flight left at 6:30. Boarding ended at 6:15. I wanted to go there to grab something real quick but was told they are closing I asked, are you closed? I came to the club and realized I lost my Amex card. Typically you're unable to get into the lounge without your platinum amex card in physical form but the gentlemen at the front made an exception for me (thank God bc I was having the worst morning). I paid $50 using a different card. The lounge is smaller compared to an ATL airport or similar. The food service is kept clean with routine refills. The bartenders were friendly and conversational. I asked for a mimosa and the bartender recommended I add a peach puree. Side note they offer Veuve champagne for $150. read more

Like I have said before - this is the only way to fly! Having some bloody marys while waiting for my flight. Terrific service, along with a friendly bartender in an environment where you can decompress after a long week working a convention makes for an enjoyable wait away from the masses at the gate. This sky club, while on the smaller side is quite nice with a modern bright decor and offers most of the complimentary amenities as the larger locations. Full open bar, lots of seating, free wifi, some tasty nut and snack mixes, business work areas, tidy bathrooms, newspapers/magazines, etc. It's very clean, and looks like a newer club. The bartender today made me one of the best bloody mary's I have had in a long time. Nice and spicy and made from scratch! Plus, they have key lime cooler cookies here. My inner fattie is happy! The sky club in Indianapolis never disappoints! I've been several times and the staff is always so kind and helpful, the food really satisfies, and the drinks from the bar and amazing. Last time I went with my husband and father in law. We were leaving town to celebrate my father in laws birthday and every member of the staff went out of their way to wish him a happy birthday and meet his every need. I give this particular Sky Club a top rating because of the helpfulness of the staff. My flight was late and it pressed the limits of their hours. They kept things open until my flight departed and were very gracious in helping me. This particular club was rather small and the amenities were likewise limited. For long waits and delays the $50 day pass is worth every penny. Free wifi bathrooms where you can leave your things at your seat instead of lugging it with you for every pit stop. Free basic beer and wine and alcohol. Free wifi access and tv's, snacks, and a quiet space. I easily would spend $50 buying all of these amenities a la carte in the terminal and still being amidst the chaos. At least here it is quiet, clean and more comfortable. I usually buy a pack of passes so it's cheaper. Highly recommended for those long days at the airport. read more

Probably one of the better Delta Skyclubs. I've spent the last month traveling for interviews and have visited the Delta Skyclubs in JFK, ATL, DTW, and some others that I can't remember right now. Let's just say that this is the best lit and most spacious lounge. The staff at the bar was very friendly and they had jars for tips which I think is deserved and other member apparently think so too with the full tip jars. They have long bar top style seating and individual cubicles. you can chose to sit in comfy chairs and watch televsion or just chill out. The other cool thing is that this lounge was right in front of the tram stop which made finding them very easy! as for the food, drinks, etc....i don't know why people are so picky and finicky. just enjoy the quiet space from the hustle and bustle of the gate areas. they have basic hard liquors, beers and wine. snacks. it's not meant for us to set up camp and stay overnight. This club while it isn't my favorite but, has one of the friendliest staff I've seen at a Sky Club. There is always plenty of seating available. Staff is always willing to help out. My biggest complaint is I wish they had some different chairs compared to some of the other Sky Clubs, but the seats available are still better than the general airport seating at the gate. The Indianapolis Sky Club is one of the best in the system. When you check into the club, they immediately make you feel at home. The staff at the desk and the bar make you feel right at home. Once you finish checking in, the bar staff takes great care of everyone. Unfortunately, Delta opted recently to drastically reduce the quality of their bar offerings. The liquor and beer are of quite poor quality and selection. Not the staff's fault, but a major disappointment and service fail by Delta. The snacks are pretty much the standard sky club fare. This club is of the newest prototype and has comfortable furniture, a clean environment and great artwork. A word of caution to you ex-world club members, with the liquor went the PC work stations. I learned this the hard way. Essentially, despite the poor decisions made by Delta as far as product offerings, the staff does a wonderful job taking care of their guests and the facility is top notch. read more

I really like this club! The staff is always friendly and they are prepared when they open the door! In other words, when you show up, the oatmeal is out and ready in the morning, unlike some other clubs I know (SEA). There is no self-service bar here like in LA, so you have to go to the counter for a drink. There is normally someone there in the afternoon, but if you are looking for a bloody Mary in the morning, you will need to ping someone at the front. The place is always spotless and the tables are clean. The restrooms are tidy and this is one of the new clubs, so you can expect the white quartz tables and throne back red chairs. This club is a smaller one, but I think it allows them to keep a better eye on things, so you don't have trash everywhere on tables like you do in...let's say SLC. The only reason I don't give this place a 5 is because they don't have showers and some of the amenities of the larger clubs, but it is great for me! read more

I've been trying to decide what location to bless with my 500th Yelp review ... and Delta Sky Club, you've won! So I was fortunate to be traveling with a Sky Club member the other day as I got to experience this nice little area of the Indy airport for the first time. Talk about a treat! I never realized there could be a space within the airport that actually made you feel relaxed. I'm being totally serious - relaxed! The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Once inside we had ourselves a bite to eat for breakfast and grabbed some coffee. Oh, and free WiFi? You bet. Plenty of plug ins to charge your phone? Absolutely! They also offer a large bar area for those pre/post flight cocktail needs. I felt very fortunate to visit this area and now know I need more sky club visits in my life. read more

I have memberships to all the airport sky clubs and Delta sky clubs are one of the best. They are clean, large, plenty of large comfy seating in chairs and couches. Plenty of tables, and private seating for those not wanting to socialize. Lots of computer / phone charging stations. Very nice choice of food from cold sandwiches, to a hot food buffet, also fancy foods for those upscale folks like hummus and flavored crackers or pita bread, black and green olives in oil, fresh fruits, fruit and soft drinks, and it's all free for executive members or first class flyers. They also have a full bar so any alcohol you want is also waiting on you with a friendly bartender at the ready. They also have large private bathrooms, that are well kept. On hot days the AC is colder in the sky clubs than in the rest of the airport. Free and fast wi-fi with a good signal. The sky clubs are way better than sitting and waiting in plain old uncomfortable airport seats with the crowds. read more

This Delta Skyclub location is a thoroughly modern high tech version of the old Delta Club and Western Airlines Club of years gone by... comfortable seating, nice quiet atmosphere and very friendly staff, with the modern add-on of decent (though not the best) "fast (airline club) food", a nice bar and free wi-fi! My only critical comment / suggestion... the automated coffee machine should be able to output much much better coffee! read more
