I must say everyone in this area is very friendly, and seem to know what they are doing. The therapist push you to heal, but at the same time listen to your limitations. You can tell they take pride in their work, and are professional. They also have great personalities and include patients in conversation. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are assigned hand, wrist, or elbow therapy. I have one more day of therapy, and can honestly say I think I am going to miss it. Eventhough i told them they tortured me (I lied) countless times, I will miss them. Brandy treated my left elbow about 10 years ago, and this time she treated my right. If I had a third elbow, I would ask for her to treat that one.

Then the assistant says she will work with me in a bit and sends me out to the waiting room. First visit and feel bad. Maybe a bit better communication between staff would be great. I finally get called back and the assistant get me set up and puts my hand in heat. The therapist never turned around and introduced herself. I guess ordering stuff is more important then helping patients. I find it odd that they sent me back to the waiting room when they brought me back and the assistant just sat me down with a hot moist towel for fifteen minutes anyway

Humble Periacetabular Osteotomy surgeon…read more Dr. John R. Faust diagnosed me with hip dysplasia at age 46. He took over an hour explaining every detail of the Periacetabular Osteotomy (PAO) (fellowship trained with Dr. Tim Schrader, Atlanta) surgery. Dr. Faust offered several options in his expert opinion and was transparent about the pros and cons of surgery. Even though I left his office in tears, I knew could trust Dr. Faust and his team for my bilateral PAOs. I returned to running a quarter marathon, a tough mudder in Europe and a triathlon without hip pain. I am grateful Dr. Faust is able to provide this specialty surgery in Louisiana. I have no regrets. I am thankful everyday for my healthy hips.

Dr Easton is a very good surgeon and explained everything that was wrong with my last hip replacement. The socket kept separating from my pelvic bone and had rotated forward. Dr Easton explained that it would be a very complicated and complex operation but he was going to have five options to use if the one before that didn't work. Dr Easton got it on the first option and 6 hours later when I woke up in the recovery room I knew just by the way it felt that the surgery was successful. He is a very good listener and answers all of your questions. Praise God for Dr Easton and his staff. James Scooter Heine

I've had both the best and worst physical therapy experiences at this location. Between 2018 and…read more2021 I saw multiple physical therapists who were extremely competent and kind people. PT Tierra was especially wonderful. They successfully helped me through managing my herniated disc in my low back and the education allowed me to manage it on my own now. The facility is very nice and there are a lot of therapeutic options available. I learned the amazing benefits of cupping. Once they even walked out to my car and helped me adjust my settings to drive ergonomically. They really went above and beyond. The only negative experience I had during that time was with the ultrasound technician... she would regularly burn me with the ultrasound. She acted like it was normal but I've never had an ultrasound hurt like that. One time she even put it in the wrong spot and it ricocheted off my bones... that was the most disturbing and unique pain I've ever felt. Unfortunately in 2023 I had such a bad experience that I'm avoiding going back there until I can be sure that PT Nicole does not work there anymore. I hope that her attitude is not indicative of any type of shift in the organization. When my upper back started hurting, Nicole started me on a typical PT regimen. I responded poorly to it... I started getting bad pains in my chest muscles that were worsening, especially after therapy. I mentioned this to her but she said it was normal. Then one time I went home after therapy and my chest was hurting again. I tried to do a little stretch and fell to the ground because I was losing consciousness. I have never fainted before. When I told PT Nicole, she said that this had nothing to do with her treatment and I should see my GP. I told her I don't think it's a coincidence that it gets worse after therapy and this new problem began only after I started excersizing that exact area. She said that there was no way her treatment could cause something so extreme because it wasn't intensive. I started to cry because it's so triggering to be dismissed by doctors all the time. This attracted the attention of a couple other therapists who took me to another room to finish the conversation. Nicole continued to explain that the pain I was having was just because I'm not used to physical activity and I would just have to push through. I just nodded until she was finished talking and went home. The other therapists tried to comfort me but none of them spoke up on my behalf to say that maybe physical therapy shouldn't make you faint. Nobody followed up with me when I cancelled all my appointments.
