I paid for 10 lessons for my adult daughter who has been overseas and missed the opportunity to get…read morea license at 16. The actual driving instruction was good and the instructor pointed out things to avoid (mainly other bad drivers) to prevent getting into an accident. He also took her around the DMV testing course so she will be prepared when she was eligible to test. The instructor, however, did not teach how to follow/read the signs to exit, etc. when on the parkway or main highways. He just told her where to go--there wasn't a "game plan" that they followed when they got in the car. (We are going to Clifton today and will go over x, y & z, for instance). One night instruction over a weekend was scheduled and the instructor didn't show up; when called and texted, there was no answer. When asked about it the next scheduled lesson, he said he told my daughter there was a possibility he wouldn't come and would text her if he WOULD come. No other night lesson was scheduled and she finished the lessons. Now, a month later I'm trying to contact them to find out which DMV course was practiced and I cannot get a hold of the instructor. I was told he would call last night, but he didn't and when I called today all they say is he "probably" took her to Franconia. The instructor was not at the location listed on the main number and they would not give me a number to contact him. So, now we will have to go there to see if that is the correct one. This company might be good for teenage instruction, but our experience was less than ideal for the price we paid and customer service and follow-through is not included.

Best part is I am now a more confident driver. Good school, and great instructors!

The management and staff lack on communication. They failed…read moreto tell me my child was being bullied by another child. I payed them to transport my child to school and they failed to report to me that they had my child arriving an hour late to school on their watch on three occasions. They also failed to effectively communicate that they didn't provide transportation on 2 hour delayed school openings, if I would've been informed, I would've dropped my kid off initially myself, instead of bringing her to them first just to be declined of the service I pay them for and be even more later to work...total inconvenience. Tip: when you run a business of that nature, your communication must be at an ultimate high!!!

He pushed me past my fears. Compassionately convinced me to hit the open road when I wanted to stay in the park. He was persistent but so supportive at the same time. And I definitely needed that. There was a few lapses in communication but not too bad. I would definitely recommend this driving school to everyonee! Its affordable and you learn what you need to learn. I think I paid for six lessons. I passed my road test on the first try. Mind you, I'm 27. So a very late bloomer, but I am so happy!! Bought a car a few months after I passed my test so I am eternally grateful to them. Our meeting points were always convenient...I always felt comfortable (even though I was super nervous). I am so happy. As we all know, driving changes your life. So they blessed me with the tools to help me change my life. I am eternally grateful to them for blessing me with this lifelong skill.

Despite riding far to the right, he sped past aggressively -- with a student in the car -- and nearly hit a cyclist. He then yelled to "get out of the road," which is ironic since cyclists are legally allowed to use the lane. It's alarming that someone who teaches new and first time drivers would model such reckless and disrespectful behavior toward cyclists. Definitely not the example you want for a driving instructor.
