After coming back from her first class with Farook she told me about how great he is and advised me to take classes with him as well. I'm 25 and before this August I was never interested in getting a driver's license. Just thought I'll never need it and that I'll never be able to pass the test, but then I got on the road with Farook and all of a sudden I was actually driving a car. Both my mom and I got the five class pass, and even though my mom asked him a million times if she or I needed extra classes before going to take the test, he said we were both ready, and guess what? WE WERE. We both passed the exam from the first time. What I really appreciated about Farook was the fact that he knew when we were ready, he didn't agree to give us extra classes just to get the money out of us, but he truly cared about us. We received a text message from Paul requesting a day and time to meet for the first appointment. First appointment, the parent must be there (with their drivers license), the payment for the program, and your teen driver must have their permit, logged hours and DC1 card ready to show prior to getting in the vehicle. There will be other teen drivers and there is no set daily schedule so you MUST be patient and flexible. We would get an estimated time of pick up the day before, and at times, he could be running early or late, but that is because you can't predict what will occur with the other drivers. My daughter loved driving with Paul. "He was calm and never condescending,".....her exact words. At the end of the 7 hours, he completed the paperwork for the DMV, as well as, the paperwork to be filed for courthouse (which he submitted for us) and gave her the provisional license (the parent must be present for this, as well because your signature is required). Everything from the…read moreOwner, to the organization of the competitions, information shared about rules, schedules, changes of schedule, to the gym facilities, which is in a shady warehouse, is handled in an amateur, unprofessional and rude fashion. They only see you as a cash cow, not as a customer (and the membership is twice as expensive as the fanciest gym) and if you complain about anything, they have zero accountability or interest to resolve it. The gym has no limit of people there, they accept everyone, making the experience crowded and not personalized. And yet they don't renovate the facilities nor upgrade their employees. For example, competitions time are scheduled with less than 24h of information. This is unacceptable. They make you drive your child 3h ahead to a far place which is chaotic from an organization standpoint, they put the teams waiting in hallways for to perform less than 2 mins with a team of about 30 people at a time. They don't communicate that they don't want parents in certain areas. There's a woman, Coach Jessica, who treats athletes and parents in a bully and rude way. Both me and my daughter experienced this from her. She doesn't ask, she yells at you, she undermines girls self-esteem and when you complain, the owner's response is unprofessional and protective, instead of acknowledging that there's a recurring issue with this person who works for him. I have never experienced such a poor behavior from a business like this. They post pictures of your kids on their social media without permission and block you from taking pictures of your own child. They shouldn't be in business.
