I just want everyone to know that CTC is the clinic of choice in the Memphis area.. everyone is very nice ,understanding and want to help you in any way they possibly can. I've been a patient at the other clinic and CTC is better in every regard. The other clinic was not understanding, I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia in the last 2 years and have been a methadone patient for almost 15 years now. I told that other clinic that I was trying to find a pain management clinic and it was fine with them at first then the nurse practitioner finally got wind of my reaching out which she should've known from day 1 ,but after 5 months of getting treatment by the pain clinic , I was given an ultimatum by the methadone nurse and 1 day is not enough time to make your mind up. It was helping a little bit but then the explosion happened and I get all my privileges revoked and they are discharging me and detoxing at 10 mg a day. I didn't do anything wrong except try to find relief from excruciating pain and my condition is getting worse and stressful situations cause you to have more pain. Well so far it's been about 4 or 5 weeks at CTC and I am pleased with the treatment of patients and especially myself, My pain is significantly reduced and with that I think straighter, my physical condition is in good condition read more

I am writing this under extreme duress - you can not rely on this center. We had been going there since February of 2024. Our insurance was already in place prior to treatment. We never were told that the insurance was not covering our doses! Until last Friday and on Monday the individual that is supposed to be keeping up with this wants to know what we were doing. How were we supposed to deal with it inside of 2 days on the weekend. This is a Thursday - we have now been told that we have to pay $98 a dose that's each day until we get caught up! We don't have that kind of money so we are in a great deal of trouble - we sent word to a different insurance company that we were told would cover it! Now we were not told that they stopped covering it in April! So whose place is it? We are cutoff and have no money to correct this totally unfair act! We were told that they would not cut people off - Go at your own risk - we now have no hope!! read more

Appointments are lost in the system or cancelled without notice. You will be asked to reschedule but you can only call after 1:00 PM, and you may only reach voicemail, meaning you have to call back again. If appointments are missed (even if it was the clinic who cancelled) you risk being dropped as a patient. The doctors do not keep good notes, so the patient must remind the caregiver of what procedures (blood work) or prescriptions have been given. For patients receiving counseling, don't be surprised if your therapist spends the entire session talking about himself. This place is the bottom of the mental healthcare barrel. Visit only if you have no other options.
