The Delta gates at OKC were very clean, well kept, modern and comfortable. Like most of all the other ones at the airport. The gate agent was very good about keeping the customers informed of the boarding process and he spoke very clearly. OKC-SLC-SEA today and it was very nicely done. I interacted with agents at the ticket counter where I checked a bag and a yellow "priority" tag was applied to the baggage tag. The young lady who did that also printed my boarding passes and was very nice, thanking me for my business and choosing Delta. At the gate, the gate agent made the usual announcements and was especially clear and easy to understand. We boarded in the usual order with passengers needing assistance first, followed by military veterans and active duty, then parents with small children and finally, Diamonds and First Class which is when I boarded. On board the aircraft, pleasant flight attendants had the alcohol wipes, welcomed us on board and provided pleasant service to Salt Lake City. I was offered a beverage and refills as well as a nice snack basket to choose from (I miss the roasted almonds but the honey pistachios were good) and then cleaning up trash. Wifi worked well on board. We arrived in Salt Lake City a few minutes early and my bag made the connection to Seattle. Five stars for Delta at OKC. I guess 0 stars isn't an option. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's as if their customer service team is train to avoid blame at all costs. Got so bad that I actually told the Delta representative what was said was a lie and she twisted it to say she lying to do me a favor. One of, if not, the worst experiences customer services experiences I've ever encountered. She blamed flight delays on weather and then insinuated that the Air Traffic Controllers don't like Delta and a bunch of other nonsense. I was tracking other carriers who were arriving and departing on time. Weather was in the mid to high 40s (F). Flight has been delayed 5 times for a total of 5+ hours sitting in airport. Delays are inevitable but this was shocking to say the least! read more

A little frustrating to arrive for 6 am flight and after boarding first class we are put on hold by pilot and no other boarding allowed. When a plane is sitting at the gate from the night before how do you find lighting and seatbelt problems in the morning but not the night before? Why is it not checked and cleared already. Seems strange to not be able to leave on the first flight of the day because there is a problem with the plane that could have been resolved overnight. But it doesn't stop there it is also overbooked as well, trying to get passengers to take a later flight for $700 great offer if you don't need to be at the next destination, but a waist of money for Delta if you sold tickets correctly. How do you sell more seats than you actually have on a plane, and who has the same seat? And because of all of these issues any connections will most likely be missed. Safety is a priority but there are better ways this could have been handled. read more

I've never had a problem flying with delta. Staff is always nice and even when I made a mistake with my return trip and there was a delay they easily sorted it out and even with the initial delay because everyone for my flight was already there, and thankfully there were not a lot of people on the plane, they left ahead of the projected departure time. Always affordable, always get my bag, I think the most I've ever had to wait was 10 minutes for any flight I have ever taken. Great airline for me! read more

First time to fly with Delta due to they are the only airlines to fly into Key West Florida. Very impressed how they sent reminders about checking in and what to expected. A constant reminder about masks and social distancing and snacks were given in plastic baggies with a small bottled water , gold fish crackers, packaged hand wipe, napkin and cookie sealed securely. Friendly employees throughout the flight eager to help make the ride more enjoyable. Recommend! read more

Took a flight from OKC-ATL with a first time flyer, my 3 month old son. Traveling is very stressful even without a lap baby, stroller, a car seat and extra luggage. The Delta staff was absolutely amazing from the very first smiling face at check-in, to the gate agent, and the flight crew topped off the experience. We received first-class treatment the entire time and the trip was great! 5 stars is not enough to express the level of service we received and how thankful we are! If you have to use this airline better plan waaaay in advance for them do what they like during check in. I've traveled all over the world and am no stranger to airlines. Never once during the booking process was it mentioned that 2 hours prior to the flight I'd have to be there for a domestic...because they closed the gates early as per the clerk at the check in counter and refused to check me in because he said "I think you can't make it". There was still plenty of time to spare but I got a snide grin, a rejection and an 800 number to go pout to. Thanks for nothing Delta. Way to ruin the first meet up with potentially the love of my life and break her heart as well as mine. Would have been nice since you guys closed early to refund my ticket money since at least I was on time. Never again. read more
