When I called the 800 number and got headquarters, the clerk didn't even express sympathy for my husband's near-death experience. She said we could keep the car for $2230 for the next two weeks. I explained that we didn't want to BUY the car, we just wanted to rent it. Crickets. So I drove the car out to the airport and that's when I met Sara. In business, you've got your ducks and you've got your eagles. Sara's an eagle. She made everything happen with justice and compassion.
