Funny story: I asked the owner/waiter about their huevos rancheros recipe. He told me it's been in the family for 45 years. The ingredients are surprisingly simple -- nothing fancy, not even cumin -- so either he's guarding a well-kept family secret, or his father, the cook, has simply perfected the art of turning ordinary ingredients into something extraordinary. The grilled mushrooms & melted cheese were yummy too. The side salad was plain but good, it also was a big portion, however it was served on a too small of a plate, making it difficult to mix the salad dressing in.
