Phone system is broken - and when you finally get through after hours of waiting the person who can actually help is always in a meeting. If you can go anywhere else - do yourself a favor and avoid Dignity Health.

My partner received a list of Patient Rights and Responsibilities. Then what Rights & Responsibilities did they give to Dr. McFarlane (who used to be a great doctor and we used to sing his praises.) Must I remind this Catholic institution, Thou Shalt Not Lie. It appears that as a diabetes patient, as he alluded to Greg's numbers aren't up to snuff so it makes the Doctor look bad...( per the algorithms?) With Dr. Baldwin's support I was able to look at the whole picture and realize that I needed to take charge of my physical wellbeing. She is the most caring physician I've ever had and she took the time to examine the underlining issues that were the root of my illnesses. I never felt rushed, uninformed and always left with a plan and next steps. There were times when I was not doing well that she called me over the weekend to see if I was okay.
