Service is substandard. The service specialist was a mansplainer, who tried to tell me I didn't need an oil change. I replied, I had 15% oil life and needed service. Then, I was told I would pay, even though the dealer assured me this was included. I said "no problem, I will pay. I need the work" Lastly, I had an appointment was told an oil change would be three hours. Came home and told my husband, I'm selling this car. read more

I called and left a message with service manager 3 times over one week and never received a return call. I was warned about this dealership by others. Choose Coconut Creek location! read more

I'm giving one star because the app requires it but this service does not deserve any at all. If you live in the Delray Beach area, do not purchase a car from this dealership. The service representative is nasty and argumentative every time you come in for service. He talks down to you and is just plain rude. He dislikes when you ask a question and many times he ignores your inquiries. This happens every time you come in for service. We can't wait until it is time to select our new vehicle and I guarantee it will not be a Genesis. They really need to fire this guy. read more

Scam artist and liars I came from out of town to purchase a used vehicle, that they swore up and down that vehicle was looked through and everything is clean and perfect. I was notified the vehicle will need tires in about a year. Not even 48 hours a brake light comes on. I have the vehicle inspected and was hit with 4 tire replacement, front brake service and found the RF wheel to bent. I'm disappointment and upset. Next time you purchase a vehicle from genesis of Delray I'll recommend taking it to another dealer to perform a pre purchase inspection. They sell vehicle in poor condition and boast about how perfect they are. Unfortunately I was scammed and mislead. Hopefully this doesn't happen to you as well. read more

My Genesis vehicle has been in the shop multiple times for the same repair. Still not fixed!! First took days to diagnose issue, no parts avail for months. Now vehicle has been there 5 days and no progress! I've asked for a manager to contact me unsuccessfully. Went up to the dealer and asked to see my vehicle status and they claimed it was "off site". Used my GPS app when I got home and it is at the dealer in back. Still waiting for a manager to call me. I'm done with this dealership!! read more

I never got any apologies! Pay attention the answer they gave me! They didn't not acknowledge their wrongdoing! Big Red flag! An apology would have gone long way! I just wished they would provide training to their people so no one else would feel the way I felt! Maybe it was the way I dressed, maybe it was my accent? Maybe it was my color, the fact is that the manager was rude and treated me like I was worthless of their time and all I wanted was to buy a car! read more

I would seriously reconsider purchasing a Genesis if Delray Genesis is your only choice for service. This place is the worst of the worst. Set up an appointment one month out because they need to keep the car 3 days to have the wheel service I purchased with the car performed per the contract of sale. They really don't care and still have not provided a date for a loaner TWO MONTHS later after 3 visits to ask the service writer. Think twice before going Genesis. read more

Complete thieves Every service experience has been a disaster - replaced parts unnecessarily and inflated pricing. Trade in opportunities much less expensive at other dealerships. Recently was given $5000 estimate for interior upholstery repair that we got done for $395 elsewhere. Avoid at all costs !!!!! Given 1 star only because 0 or negative not possible read more

I purchased a new GV70 in November 2025. Made a 1:30 warranty service appointment and confirmed twice via their app. I arrived at 1.25 to be told that Service Advisor "Danny" was out to lunch until 2.00 and I would have to wait until then. I asked to have a different service advisor and was told "Danny" was the only Genesis advisor. I will take the vehicle to a competent dealer and will NEVER return here. read more

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER! They are quick to sell you a car, then do not give a damn about you. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. You have to call multiple times and hope the call or text will be returned (which is rare). Just had a problem with a new car i purchased there and they are unwilling to take care of the issue. I would suggest avoiding this dealer at all costs. read more

Took my car in for service met with Andrew who listened to my problems and supplied me with a loaner. Car was repaired on the same day all my problems were fixed properly . Service was what I expected. read more

the worst experience of my life and i am 56 years old and have had many experiences at dealerships. bad oil sensor/harness repair causing engine seizure (they did reimburse me for the faulty repair on sensor). had to replace engine (took 2 months) due to their workmanship. then they just swapped out my engine with no throttle body/etc relearn or adaptive relearning whatsoever. car operated horribly. brought it back. they held it 12 days and said they would not warranty their work as it was only their job to "swap engine out" and to come pick up my car. they left me with a completely destroyed battery and no gas in the tank. 550.00 to replace battery and had to have it towed to king hyundai. horrible communication as well and most workers their have attitudes. also they could not fix a non operational headlamp. 2 weeks there with no solution. another mechanic fixed it in 45 minutes (loose wire at fuse box). never bring your vehicle here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This was the easiest most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a new car. Ed Sargsyan was my salesperson. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained all the features and answered all my questions. My paperwork was prepared quickly, and the finance process was stress free. Their team worked hard and succeeded in getting me to the payment that was vital to my decision to buy. I highly recommend Ed and this dealership. read more

OK. This is my third review and I am upping to four stars from two. Why? Although my service experience has been fraught with many problems, I am finally getting satisfaction. My car will be fixed under warranty. Matt and John have done their best to improve a dealership that has experienced problems with service. Our salesman had to put up With my loud complaints and frustrations but kept trying to help. Genesis dealers are experiencing problems with some of the high tech features of these very fine cars. And one could ask, Is the quality and tech worth the growing pains? My advice is to ask to see the service department BEFORE signing the contract and to make sure the dealer knows the fantastic warranty offered is of questionable value if the service department is understaffed and you have to wait weeks for repairs. Delray needs to look carefully at how they wish to improve. Right now, there are some great people on board and a few who would do better working where a smile of caring manner is not required. Genesis is building plants in the USA and South Korea is becoming the new Japan. The vehicles are stunning. The service is evolving. Do your due diligence. Stay away from Napleton in West Palm (bad people, bad service, bad rep) Look at Delray and press for a deal dependent on the support you will need AFTER the purchase. read more

It gets worse. I wrote a review on March 22 about how, Hector, my so called service representative could not be found for my scheduled appointment. He called me a little over a week later. When I told him that he did not show for my last appointment and no one knew where he was his response was "I was here. I was busy." STAY AWAY THEY ARE THE WORST customer service company I have ever dealt with. read more

The worse dealership ever!!! Got there and the car was FILTHY. While test driving notified sales person of warning lights on. Decided to proceed with deal after being assured car would be detailed and inspection would be done. Car was still delivered with warning light. Took to Chrysler dealership and was informed it would be over $1100 to correct issue. Went back to Genesis and they would not do anything stating it was not a safety issue and they were not responsible. What about customer service??? At least offer to meet us in the middle since you essentially hid the issue instead of contacting to discuss after you did your claimed inspection and won't provide us with a copy! read more

I should have written this review last year when I brought my 2019 G70 3.3 in for its annual oil change, but lazy me didn't. But, after reading several reviews about Delray Genesis service prior to possibly making an appointment to fix the oil leak/fire recall, I figured I'd help others make their service decisions about using this dealer. First, I can't believe that anyone had good service with them. The negative reviews were right on as to a lack of organization and staying true to appointments. I wasted several days not having a simple oil change. All kinds of excuse for having me come several times in with an appointment and not being able to honor it, while offering tons of BS. Be forewarned, stay away. read more

The worst possible dealership you can go to. You get the worst service for your car. Management don't care about you and don't care about even answer your phones or emails when something is wrong with your brand new car or if you have a questions. Repair took 2 months which is unacceptable and it is not even fixed right so now I got to bring my car somewhere else to get it right and on top of all of that they lie to customers when they are signing all the papers about the final amount. Awful you should get out of business!!! read more

We were at the end of our lease and stopped in Delray Genesis to browse not sure if we could find something in our price range. Feguener Gay was so helpful as he gave us our options. He did not pressure us and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond anyone we had dealt with at another dealership and restored our faith in car salesmen! Cody, the finance manager, was professional and efficient, explaining our options for coverage. Great buying experience. We would highly recommend Delray Genesis , in particular Feguener Gay. read more

Purchased a Gv70 from Delray Genesis and was so disappointed with their bait and switch tactics, we agreed on a price for our trade in, but then Cody the finance manager started to do the paperwork, we noticed the price was less, after going back and forth, we got our number. Then the fun began, he desk becomes a large computer screen, and we start going thru the sign here, initial here game, I take responsibility for not double checking our trade in value, but after being there for 6 hours, we just wanted to get out of there. needless to say, the following day, I am reading our contract and our trade in was put back to the lower number. Communication with Cody and other staff is horrible, takes forever to return calls or emails. We should have bought our car from Wallace Genesis in Stuart, but they did not have the color we wanted. Will never go ,to back to Delray Genesis, beware!! We also wanted to pay cash, but they asked us to make 3 payments so they could get their $1000.00 bonus, after seeing the interest on the first payment, I paid off the car. read more

My wife is a loyal Genesis customer and has gone to Delray Genesis for service over the years with good results. Over the last year, things have changed. She was there in April 2024 for service and was suggested to have the same service, she had performed there 3 months prior in January. When my wife questioned that, she was told that "this is not what they did in January". When she went home, she found the invoice that showed, the same service had in fact been done in January. When questioned again the service rep said "oh, I see it now, it was in a different area on my computer." Second trip to Delray Genesis this week 9/17/24, car over- heating. Called service dept, no answer, called sales dept no answer. Drove to the dealership and was told "we cannot even look at your car for 5-7 days". Then she asked for prior service records to be printed and was told "printer was broken". Just a horrible experience. read more

My lease had expired and I decided to go with a new Genesis GV70. Donnie and Cody assisted my fiancé and I with the entire process. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and great communication. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant! read more

We recently bought a Genesis GV70. We were going to pay for the car outright, but were fast talked into renting for 3 months and then paying the remainder. This was going to save us $1000. Cody spoke so fast and never told us that 1/3 of each payment was interest and that our actual savings was only $250. I repeatedly called the dealership to question this and was unable to reach anybody. The salesman that sold us the car was supposed to meet with us again to go over the infotainment panel and that never happened. I would absolutely not recommend Delray Genesis to anyone read more

The worst customer service EVER. Stay away. No one ever calls back. Hectar never showed for my appointment. Thirty minutes later another service advisor showed up. Never apologized, never even introduced himself. Now, a day later still waiting to hear from them and all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. Voice mails are full. Can't leave messages. Horrible customer service for a premium brand. Stay away! read more
