When I bought a new unlocked phone they said I couldn't activate the wi-fi calling because I didn't buy it from them. However if you have an unlocked Apple phone you can use the wi-fi calling because they can't get around Apple's security. This frustrated me because I bought this new Samsung S10 specifically for the wi-fi calling feature. I feel I am being cheated by Cricket Wireless because I can't use my phone to it's potential. I am switching phone carriers to one that isn't so greedy.
