I have called multiple times and have been passed around to different associates for hours at this point without any resolution to the problem I have been dealing with! On July 14th an individual somehow was able to use my wife's debit account number to purchase three apple watches in a row at 5:33, 5:33 and 5:34 PM for $843.86 a piece under the name Shilove Neston. Whoever this criminal is besides being a criminal is also an idiot as all three of the apple watches they purchased with our debit account came to our address! You would think this would be a good thing and that you could contact Cricket, return the items and get your money back, right! No, they do not give a shit about customers or potential customers as I am not one. They simply tell me to contact my bank to get my money back! There not interested in taking their brand new unopened products back, and returning my money. They would rather make money off the theft and leave it to the banks to take the hit! If you have an unlocked android phone this is not a company you want to go with. They will not allow you the use of all your android's phone's features unless you purchase the phone from them. Evidently they can block features on the android phone like wi-fi calling. When I bought a new unlocked phone they said I couldn't activate the wi-fi calling because I didn't buy it from them. However if you have an unlocked Apple phone you can use the wi-fi calling because they can't get around Apple's security. This frustrated me because I bought this new Samsung S10 specifically for the wi-fi calling feature. I feel I am being cheated by Cricket Wireless because I can't use my phone to it's potential. I am switching phone carriers to one that isn't so greedy. read more
