My experience has been a positive one. They stand behind their work. All that said I want to relate my observation an overheard conversation between a customer and a service tech. Last Monday a service tech was advising the customer that they will need new tires. She knew nothing about the nuances of the choices of ride vs wear & performance and the pricing of each. This tech explained the choices very clearly, covering most of the information I had previously learned from the Consumer Reports articles on buying tires. Information that will enhance her purchase decision and help her avoid buyer's remorse. I was pleased to see that interaction. That is the level of service I have come to expect at my Toyota Dealership.

I first called and they sad I could bring it over immediately which I did the next day since it was late afternoon. Jake was my service rep and jumped right on the car to have it inspected. He was knowledgeable and friendly. As a matter of fact all the reps were. No promises, but they hoped to have me out in an hour. That's unheard of. The dealership lobby is a lot of fun to browse. Antique cars are displayed. Also award winning trophies from over a decade of achievements by Toyota Corp. My car was ready to roll out with everything inspected and explained within 45 minutes. Wowzers! No charge as it is as covered under warranty. If I lived in Muncie, IN area this would be my dealership.

Went in on Black Friday to purchase a vehicle. The person I spoke with over the phone was fine…read more I'll withold people's names for now. Once I got to the store I spoke with another sales person who ended up selling me one of the cars I was looking at. I worked with him and another guy to complete the sale. They were all great, and easy to work with. My situation was unique, given I was from out of state visiting family in Indiana. Before I made any deal on a car I asked if it would be okay that I mail the title for my trade in once I return to my home state. They assured me that was fine. After agreeing on a price, I paid a $1000 deposit because the car I purchased had some scratches they agreed to fix before the sale. I would be able to return Monday to finish the paperwork and get the vehicle. I returned Monday with a money order to purchase the vehicle. At the bank it had slipped my mind that I had already paid a deposit, so I ended up getting a money order for more than I had left to pay on the vehicle. When I took it in we realized the error and they told me they would just write me a reimbursement check that I could pick up the next day. I went in on Tuesday to pick up that check and it "wasn't ready" but they promised they would have it ready the next day. Instead of wasting more time, I waited to go in until Thursday. When I went inside Thursday I encountered John. John came to speak with me and asked me about the title situation. I told him that it would be mailed when I got home the following Tuesday, as had been discussed verbatim before I made the purchase. John decided that instead of issuing me my refund check as promised, he was going to hold it hostage until he gets the title the following week. I don't have an issue with that agreement given the circumstances, but I had 1.) already been told I could pick up the check each of the past 2 days (and wasted time and gas driving back and forth to the dealership) 2.) he only had the leverage of the $833 he owed me because I accidentally over payed for the car John continued to try to get me to point out specific people who had made the agreement with me so he could chew them out instead of taking ownership and keeping his promise like a true leader would. Instead of pointing fingers at his subordinates I'm planning to bite the bullet and just send the title before I get reimbursed the $833 that they owe me. With that being said, this dealership doesn't deserve better than its 3 star rating when someone like John is calling the shots.

After my experience in Noblesville I was totally surprised by my experience in Muncie. I have bought several cars in my Seventy years of life and this was the easiest and less stressful than any of the rest. Our salesperson Jonathan Carlson was so courteous and helpful. Helped us decide by bringing in the two versions of Hyundai we were interested in a placed them side by side and went through the differences to allow us to choose what fit us best. Dealing for price was also a good experience. They did not try to low ball me on the trade in like the last one in Noblesville did. I knew what my car was worth and they met it which surprised me. Jeoff in financing also worked hard to get the deal I could live with. Would definitely recommend if looking for car.

I had decided that I wanted a Kia Telluride, and test drove one at a Carmel Kia dealership. However, I was told the price would be $5500.00 over MSRP. I also didn't care for the high pressure sales tactics at that dealership. So I left, and logged in to the Costco auto program to find another dealership. Five minutes later I found Kia of Muncie on the Costco auto site. I submitted a request and just a few minutes later I received an email from Lucas Boehm. We exchanged a few emails, and then after one short phone conversation I had ordered my 2021 Kia Telluride. I can't recommend Lucas highly enough! He promptly responded to each of my emails, and emailed me regularly to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the financing process was simple and straightforward. I feel that I was given a very fair price on the vehicle I traded in. In the two weeks since I purchased my Telluride I have been contacted a few times to make sure everything was going well and to ask if I had any questions. I paid $6,600 less for my Telluride at Kia of Muncie than I would have paid for the same vehicle at the Kia dealership that is practically in my back yard. No joke.
