Although I have been a client for about 18 years, I am amazed how they stay on top of the most recent dental technology and introduce it into their practice. I had a tooth removed and needed an implant but due to bone loss, my jaw bone was too weak to support it. I was amazed that they could generate new bone and structural integity in the intended area of the implant with a scaffold and matrix application into where my tooth was removed. Now we wait 3 or 4 months for my jaw to regenerate the new bone.

My daughter, who has self esteem issues had braces installed and the experience has been wonderful!! When I look at the cost and see all the work they do to ensure her teeth will be beautiful, it is all worth it. The ladies at the front are awesome, every time I've called or interacted with them face to face, they are extremely professional and kind. My daughter has had wonderful experiences with her nurses (except one who wasn't as friendly), they make sure she understands what to do, makes sure her wires are cut properly for comfort. I can have coffee, watch a movie in the theater or I can do my work at one of the tables. Recently, my daughter had a visit and received the kindest card from Tilghman Orthodontics!! She was so happy and it made me smile, because it's the little things that are so big!! If you need braces, this is the place to be.
