Dr Jain was compassionate and thorough and his staff was kind and always helpful. I left the area for a while but they welcomed me back. And when I called with tooth pain they saw me next day and got me in for a cleaning in 2 months (bc I was overdue). I am seeing a different dentist this time but he was just as fantastic. I will admit I was recently surprised (and a little irritated) with the tone and manner of someone answering the phone (while I was trying to secure a follow up appointment), as I was made to feel like I was out of line just for calling, but I am hoping that was the exception and not the rule.
