Got to the appointment today and was told they have none of the paperwork, the hygienist left the practice, and I wasn't on the schedule. I would never recommend such a horribly run practice to anyone. I'll find a different dental service in town and try to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

Dr.Gray was suppose to do my crown before I went to college in August 2017. I met with him in…read moreJanuary 2017 before I started any surgery's and told him I leave in August. He told me many times that the date was not a problem and told measurements and colors of my teeth. Then once I was all set with my implant and was waiting on Dr.Gray to do my crown he said no last minute. He told me from the start he could do it and then told me no and I had to find another person to do my crown. When my mom called Dr.Gray to ask him why he couldn't do it, he told us from January he could and after we had paid him for the visits, he said to her " well did your daughter no understand what I told her?". He was rude and continued to send us bills even through he did nothing. If I could rate Dr.Gray a zero stars I would, he is unreliable and I would never recommend him. He seems like a nice guy till the end when he tells you the end of July he doesn't want to do your teeth.

I awaited less than five minute. Dr. Louis discussed the options with me and we settled on a plan to fix the tooth.
