Can't say enough good things about State Painting. I had been caught in a worm hole going trying to…read morego thru Task Rabbit in hopes of finding a good boutique painter to fit my budget. After nothing but failure, frustration and non response from every single one, I was done. Will never do that again. I then reached out to a bunch of yelp painters and was instantly buried with so many I couldn't tell the difference. Bruno spoke to me like a person looking to help rather than a company with a roster of ready to go soldiers. Bruno was responsive, ready to hear what I needed, adjusted to my budget and enthusiastic to get started. He just made it work for me with ease. His work is precise, efficient and organized. Most of the task rabbit guys talk about how its all in the pre-work taping. Bruno doesn't tape. His hands are so steady he freehands everything, saving hours of time, even over my stone countertops and designer tiles. I guess taping is for amateurs:) Communication was top shelf the whole process. Bruno understands his craft extremely well and it was clear he has years of high level experience. Additionally Bruno is just a plain friendly guy who is easy to get along with and I sincerely enjoyed his company. He went out of his way to do more than he was hired to do and gave us tip s on how we could handle other things ourselves to save a bit of money. He simply aims to please every customer which is why he will always get repeat customers such as myself. Morale of the story: -Don't use task rabbit painters -Do use Bruno & State Painting. Bruno's combination of good business practice, reasonable rates, willingness to please, immaculate work, communication and just plain good friendly demeanor can't be beat.
