My sister and I had never made funeral arrangements before but Brian helped us to understand what decisions we needed to make and was very patient with us, even letting us know that we could always change our minds and that they would make things happen as we wanted. We felt at ease knowing that they would handle everything and that we didn't have to worry about anything the day of the services. He even recommended a wonderful florist, FJ Luxury, where they were also very kind and created a beautiful all white half casket piece that was stunning and exactly what I had envisioned. They handled everything with the death certificate, arranging the burial with the cemetery, and getting his obituary published to the website (we opted not to do anything more public, but they would have helped with that as well). We had a million questions and he was always very responsive and helpful. The home itself is also lovely - cozy, charming, and well kept.
