Charged a huge fee for "introducing" me to a delivery company. The delivery company steals some of the delivery, breaks beyond repair other bits of it as well as being a week late to arrive and taking 2 months to deliver. I paid my £75.23 deposit two days ago. No contact details have been shared between me and courier. No reply to my emails. I eventually found a phone number on the facebook page, I was told to send an email to an address that didn't exist. I found the correct address and received an out of office from the recipient. I tried calling the company back several times, and each time they hang up. Eventually I got through and they told me it was the wrong number (it wasn't!), then they continued to ignore my calls. The courier was hoping to collect today, but that will now not happen. Terrible service! read more
