The doctor does see my kid during appointments, so I have no complaints there. My real gripe is on the parent side. With most dentists, you're invited back to see what's going on and get a quick update on your kid's progress. Here, that never happens. Once my kid's appointment is done, we're just sent to the front desk to book the next one. No check-in, no explanation of where we are in treatment or what's coming next. I'm sure everything's going fine, but as a parent I'd like to actually be looped in occasionally instead of finding out things secondhand from my child. Great space and team, just wish there was more communication with parents specifically.

Dr. Gabe's associates are Dr. David Taylor, Dr. Jonathan Lo, and Dr. Jill Shang. They are dentists and Dr. Gabe does both dentistry and Orthodontics. All three of my children had Orthodontic work done by Dr. Gabe, and my daughter had braces put on twice. Dr. Gabe is so friendly and gentle. He likes to joke around with the children. My children, who are 20+ years old now, were under his care for quite a number of years. He allays any fears children might have with his kid-friendly personality. The patients get to choose the color of their bands, and the staff are so patient about that. Sometimes it takes a while to make the right choice, lol! The nice thing about his practice is that there is a set maximum you pay for your entire Orthodontic care. So, since my daughter had 2 rounds of Ortho care, we didn't have to pay all over again. Also, when your child is finished with the braces and gets their retainer, he is always willing to have your child come in and he will check and adjust them at no additional charge. This practice is run very efficiently and has a friendly staff! You are not kept waiting for a long time. It is also super clean and has a nice calming fish tank to watch & distract the little ones. If you are looking for attentiveness, quality, efficency, and friendliness for your child's dental and orthodontic needs, please seriously consider coming here! This is a personal reference from me to you!!
