I took an assortment of designer pieces in for a routine clean , and one of these pieces was a Moncler jacket. other pieces consists of amiri, palm angels, averex, etc. All my other pieces came out as anticipated. Now when we get to the moncler, initially amongst pick up at the cleaners i didnt open it right away in dront of them because i was looking for my car keys at the moment. once finding them, i throw my pieces in haul them home. Now naturally the first piece i unravel from the cellophane that they use, was my moncler . upon inspecting the moncler coat, the capacity of the down fabric was SIGNIFICANTLY diminished . At the collar & sleeves . so i brought it back to the cleaners to confront them , and first they try negate that theyre gonna contact moncler and it couldve been a defect on there end , and the entire time im shutting them down like "No, moncler would not sell me a defective coat, stop trying to negate the situation. Ive never had my coat leave a cleaners in this condition. And after there attempt to justify this shit, they give me the owner phone number . Mr. alex Now i called mr alex and he did not answer and i KNOW 200% that his associate informed him of my dilemma. my MOTHER also called mr alex and he did not answer her either. I had hopes this would be a reasonable spot, but I feel like I paid a premium essentially to have my shirts ironed with no attempt to clean. I understand you do not want to pay whatever fee or percentage card usage requires but this is unacceptable. Also it states that they do wedding alterations. When I inquired about it I could not get a straight answer. First, I was told it would be very expensive and stated I understood that and then I was told the person was out indefinitely. My wife and I are in a temporary apartment for two months that doesn't have a washer/dryer, and the nearby laundromat has been closed, so we were in a tough spot. Thankfully ATJ was here for us! They offer a pick-up/drop-off laundry service at a reasonable rate and they're super friendly and communicative. (We tried a laundromat we had to drive to in order to drop off our laundry, and there they offered us basically the same price but the service was terrible!) I'm so happy we settled on ATJ. We hand over a batch of laundry, pay online, and then get it back about 48 hours later. It's great!!

One thing is for sure, it makes me feel better about getting my clothes dry cleaned, so I'd say it's a win. They were very respectful of our belongings, worked carefully around our cat, and were incredibly kind and patient with our very curious three-year-old who kept checking in on what they were doing. One of the nicest touches was how they organized her bed, arranging all of her stuffed animals in a playful, fun way that absolutely made her day. Those little personal details really stood out.
