Price is too high compare to other staging companies in town and after the 3 months was done, Penny would not negotiate on the monthly rate and was not nice about it! After the pick up, they did not fix the walls for all the damaged wholes for nails and else! For a single small frame , they poked the freshly painted walls 3 wholes each.
