Great little empanada shop discovered on a travel blog. The empanadas are fantastic. We tried 1. goat cheese, shrimp, and chives. 2. Octopus, red peppers, and cheese. 3. Bacon and ground beef. My favorite were probably the shrimp and octopus empanadas. Two things to note. They come out super hot, so don't burn your mouth eating it too fast. Also, since the food is super hot, it piles up on one side if you eat it one way up. If you eat it like a taco, all the stuff stays evenly distributed, but then everyone looks at you funny.
They do a good job having most items with an English translation, so it's easy for tourists to order. The staff was also very nice and helped us find an ice cream store nearby to satisfy our sweet tooth afterwards. read more
