Well, never thought I would come here, but daughter had infestation. The staff were very accommodating. They were professional. They were very knowledgeable. They educated us on what we need to do to inform her school. They debunked myths like use gel in hair to stop lice. Turns out, applying gel pulls hairs together so the lice can get to your scalp faster. They took our call immediately and saw us within 2 hours of our call. They have 4 chairs, lots of candy to calm kids (and feed parents) plus coffee and water while you wait. They have a tv with plenty of movies to keep kids entertained. I would highly recommend De-Liceful of Smithtown!!!! read more

Highly recommend this place. Called on a Saturday morning and was seen immediately. Turned out my fears were VERY well founded and grand daughter did have lice. Cailey was the utmost professional, educational, calming and Thorough person to my girl! Place is immaculate too and well fixed to entertain any sibling who has to tag along. Siblings should be checked anyway! read more

AMAZING!!!!! Don't use the at home pesticides on your head. Go to the professionals! Went to the Eastport office. Chrissy, my new angel, was so GREAT! Very professional and polite. Made this awful experience so much easier. Office was so clean and welcoming Pricey- yes. But sooo worth it. Thank you DeLiceful and thank you Chrissy!!!!! btw- school nurse couldn't see the nits, get to this place.... and oh boy there they were. Trust the Trained eyes- no offense school nurse‍ read more

Get treated & it's over. Free month of rechecks included for free! We know kids have the same friends & at least one of them has lice so the rechecks are nessesary. Very comfortable place, kid friendly, staff knowledgeable, & understanding (my craziness). Snacks available, Netflix too! All in all, excellant work, just excellant all around!!!
