I didn't have to wait long and, after having witnessed how thorough and careful Ariana is, I completely understand why she may have taken a few minutes extra with the client before me. I appreciate that Ariana takes her time - I've had many brow waxes that were so rushed and impersonal. She genuinely cares about her clients' skin and it shows! I have sensitive skin, so before we even started the wax, Ariana did a test spot on my skin to figure out if the soy based wax would be okay to use - I've never had anyone else do that. She also had me hold a mirror and watch her map out my brow while she explained various things. I had a few questions about getting a Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable while discussing it and gave me some guidance about how to prepare, what to expect, etc. All in all, I highly recommend BMS for all of your waxing needs!

It was actually my mom's first wax ever and Casey made her feel so comfortable and at ease. My mom couldn't actually even believe the wax was as quick and pain free as it was! Casey even comped the service for us as a wedding gift as we were prepping for my little brother's wedding next week which was just beyond sweet and thoughtful.
