I didn't have to wait long and, after having witnessed how thorough and careful Ariana is, I completely understand why she may have taken a few minutes extra with the client before me. I appreciate that Ariana takes her time - I've had many brow waxes that were so rushed and impersonal. She genuinely cares about her clients' skin and it shows! I have sensitive skin, so before we even started the wax, Ariana did a test spot on my skin to figure out if the soy based wax would be okay to use - I've never had anyone else do that. She also had me hold a mirror and watch her map out my brow while she explained various things. I had a few questions about getting a Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable while discussing it and gave me some guidance about how to prepare, what to expect, etc. All in all, I highly recommend BMS for all of your waxing needs!

I booked an Ultimate Deep Tissue massage, but unfortunately it felt much more like a Swedish massage. I specifically asked for firmer pressure because I had a lot of tension and knots in my upper back, but the pressure never increased. I left feeling pretty much the same as when I arrived. I emailed through the website, followed up by email, and also reached out directly to the manager. After two weeks, I still haven't received any response. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything free. I simply wanted someone to acknowledge my concerns. i work in the field as well and if I had an unhappy guest, I would 100% reach out to them. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has been more disappointing than the massage itself.
