What really stood out was his knowledge and experience. Luis was able to show us examples of work he has completed, which gave us even more confidence in his expertise and ability to bring our vision to life. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right decisions for our property. I would absolutely recommend Luis and Prestige Concrete and Edging every time! If you're considering a concrete, patio, porch, or outdoor renovation project, I highly recommend giving him a call.

He fit us in an already packed schedule and came to take care of the driveway and roof and also clean off the generator, heat pump, etc. while we were away and sent pics - he was highly conscientious, a great communicator, and did a great job. He did such a good job that two weeks later when we were heading back, the driveway was totally clear even after another few inches fell the day before. I only knew that because he went to check himself to make sure we could get in our driveway...which we easily could! All along, William's customer service, honesty, and business ethics were top-notch. He will be our first call in the future and I strongly recommend he be yours as well. Thanks, William - you made going away, being away, and coming back SO much easier and less stressful!

Mike has many years of experience working in the Fan and repairing masonry. He's also done historic…read morerestoration work. We hired him to repair the parapet wall on our roof of a rental property and his team did a great job. It looks amazing and almost brand new. (See before & after pictures) We received three separate quotes and the big thing I learned is that it's extremely important to use lime mortar when repairing an old roof/mortar. If you use something different it can cause water drainage issues and other concerns. I was only able to find two people in Richmond who use lime mortar- Mike and one other company. Both quotes were fairly comparable but I decided to go with Mike based on his many years of experience. I'm extremely thankful I found him and wouldn't hesitate highly recommending him and his team. They also cleaned off the roof of debris that had fallen on it from nearby trees and pointed out some other areas of concern that we may want to address.

So I have no problem with giving 5 stars, but I do think there are a few spots that could have used…read morebetter attention to detail, as noted in a couple of the photos provided. The crew was here almost two weeks. I thought it crazy that the company didn't provide them a port-a-jon. We had some other work done that took the same amount of time and that company made sure their crew had a place to use the bathroom. I certainly would not expect my crew to have to ask the homeowner. As for the work, good stuff, the crew were very professional. The company's "front office" were attentive when I asked for things, the only oddity is I never got an invoice after payment, nor the link they said I'd get to provide feedback. Like they went out of business or something. At any rate, I'd recommend this company, and would hire them again if I needed any work done. One note of recommendation, the wall lights used were $200 a piece and are fixed. Volt Lighting out of Florida has wall lights for $60 that can be adjusted to bathe the area where the $200 ones point straight down, limiting their ability to bathe the area broader. That is one change I would have made in hindsight.

The work area was super clean when they finished. You would think the hardscape had been there for years. 2). The work crew used a wheel barrow instead of the tracked bucket loader they had on site. As a result, there was NO damage to the existing sod or yard. That caused them a LOT of extra effort and was VERY appreciated. Photos are with no generator were taken within hours of Oak Valley completing work. Notice how clean they left the work area.
