They were wonderful! I had a company I found on line show up, uninvited, after I called to inquire about replacing springs. They were pushy, tried to scare us that the door would fall if we didn't fix it immediately. (We shut it with no problems) They said 900 to fix it. I said no. They had several calls to get it done. All Ca #'s. A total scam group. We called Delet doors. They were wonderful, from the first call to the service men (Don, Dan, Dave) to the woman on the phone!! They charged $300! Unfortunately, I waited too long to leave this review. I had hoped the company would "make good", but they did not. Last summer, they installed a new garage door. It has always sounded like a piece of tin going up and down. I had them come out twice and it still sounds the same. I also never received my two door openers when it was installed. Now they want me to pay for them. They replaced my insulated door with a non-insulated door and they now want over $700 to insulate it. I was out of town this winter and that's why this took so long. I would not bother with this company. I will call a new company to fix their errors and buy the openers somewhere else. read more

80 year old mother garage wasn't opening and DELET came out said we needed a new door. replaced the door and told us a few days later after the garage stopped working that we needed a new opener. a four hr job turned into a four day job and still isn't complete. the garage still doesn't open and DELET never fixed the true problem just instead took advantage of my 80 year old mother on a fixed income read more

Felt compelled to share what a positive experience I had with Delet Door (and unlike most companies/contractors I've dealt with lately, they didn't ask for the review.) Just a genuine good experience motivating me to share. I've spoken with a handful of different employees at Delet and all have been so professional, very patient with my many questions and thoroughly explaining the answers in a calm and understanding manner. Their pricing is so competitive -- far better than the company I used previously. Unfortunately, it's easy for garage door companies to take advantage of clients -- bc when you can't get your car out of the garage, you're in a bit of a desperate, time sensitive situation. Delet is honest and trustworthy and you need *not* worry of any price gouging from them. And they act quickly! I wish I know about Delet before I overpaid with past company -- but now they are my go-to garage door company. No question! read more

Delet Door Inc. over charged me by $400.00 according to the professional door man I had to hire to reinstall the door correctly, he had to add new wood and reframe the whole door to close properly. I was asked not to mention the name of his company because it is not good to bad mouth another company on their own site. I will give them a great review because they know what they are doing and don't rip and bad mouth their own customers. Delet Door would not answer any of my e-mails. I contracted Delet Door (Farmington) last year to install an entry door and not only am I still waiting, they are refusing to return my calls even thought they have a $1400 deposit. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend. read more

I only needed a new keypad but the young man checked everything else and did adjustment of the chain, cleaned around the bottom of the door and sensors. Lubed where it needed. read more

I called Delet Doors yesterday (4/25/18) to replace my garage door key pad. They booked me for service the very next day. I got a call the next morning advising the technician would arrive between 1 and 3 pm. I got home at 12:50 pm and the technician was waiting in my drive. He replaced my key pad and reprogrammed the door and the remote controls to work with the new device. It took all of 15 minutes. I was surprised and delighted by the efficiency of their service! read more

HORRIBLE!! BEWARE NOT SINCERE COMPANY!! We needed to get a spring repaired for our garage in March 2016, but the person who repaired the spring SAID he changed both BUT he only replaced one! (WE KNOW CAUSE WE MARKED THEM PRIOR TO REPAIR) and there's "supposedly" a 3 year "warranty"... This month (November 2016) the one that the previous repairman didn't replace BROKE. When we called to repair the recently broken spring, they charged me a service/labor fee of $95.00, WHY WOULD I HAVE TO PAY A SERVICE FEE IF ITS UNDER WARRANTY? I tried contacting the company about this, but the woman who spoke to me over the phone was discourteous, insisting that the warranty was only for parts... Whoever repaired our garage spring the first time FAILED to tell us that the warranty was for parts only, even on our bill it was written that there's a 3 year warranty, nothing more. The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one star is because the gentleman who installed the board on our garage door Byron is just that - a gentleman, a genuinely nice guy. Unfortunately, he works for some screwed up company. Instead of getting an all new garage door, we just ordered the bottom board of our wood garage door. That piece of wood together with installation cost $450. I think that's a bit much. But that's not my gripe. They installed a brown painted piece of wood on our all white garage door. Why? Why install a brown piece of wood on a clearly very white garage door? That makes no sense. They said that they couldn't match the white. Can't match white? Okay. Let's go with that. But wouldn't it make more sense to at least use a white piece so that it would be easier to coat and wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb until it gets painted. Keep in mind that it is the end of December. I don't think I'll be getting out there to paint it for a few months. They should have specified that they would not match our door panel. So frustrating! read more

I have used Delet Door for years. They helped me keep my old garage door functional for much longer than I should have insisted and the service people were fast to respond. This past summer, the old garage door finally needed replacing. The replacement door was reasonably priced and I am very happy. I would recommend them. read more
